- Today, we are jumping in a Prime truck to head over to Freightliner of Springfield to give you an inside look and show you what to expect if you have to bring your truck over to this facility. Freightliner of Springfield is located just down the road from our Prime Inc Plaza Building in Springfield, MO. Once you’ve checked in with the Service Writers and signed the work order, you can call the Prime Shuttle (phone # is listed in Prime Mobile App under MyContacts) to head back over to Prime or stay at the Freightliner facility and hang out in the Drivers Lounge located upstairs.

Forgot to mention for driver to log out on Qualcomm so if mechanic drives your truck it won't start your clock. Good info though. Thanks.

There are two Frieghtliner locations in Springfiled. The second one is over by Wiltrans/Prime2
Does prime consider offering freightshakers with front suspension airbags? Do you think freighshaker will ever upgrade its suspension? There have many many innovations since Fred Flintstone had solid mount and rock wheel suspension.These trucks beat the shit out of you. Feels like the front end is going to fall off half the tine.
This must be a new procedure bc this has never been my experience at this or any other Freightliner..

Yea took them all day to fix the radio and made it worse how a brand new truck can have such of garbage radio !!!

Prime Inc. engine brake would be good. for some reason it doesn’t seem to hold very well going down hill and at 57 it likes to kick into 11 gear and shoot the rpms up when going down hill trying to hold at 55-60
