@@willparker3705 I've tried that in practise for a while; helps a bit keeping legs levelled during pull out. Haven't noticed improvements in terms of speed but i get tired quickly. Plus don't think it is allowed.
@@willparker3705 There is of course way worse than these mini kicks he do, most of the time what they will do is like 6 really fast kick at the start. Officials cant see it because of the bubble. That's prob the most common cheating in swimming.
He kicks later than cody, his head is almost completely underwater before he kicks, compared to cody who starts the kick as he pushes his head down. Maybe this helps to reduce drag on the start of the kick, which is why he still gets a ton of power out of such a small kick. He gets out of his own way.
I notice that he lifts his head as soon as his hands are going out to breathe unlike other people who said breathing in when your hands are about to sweep in
@@kentajin7860 he does an up kick but could get away with a slight down kick if he wanted to like the guy next to him. It looks like he just keeps everything tight and lets his pull do most of the work.
Interesting to see Cody doing a mini fly kick in each stroke
😂 true true, I guess it’s small enough to not be illegal

@@WillKnightMusic makes sense, I guess for some people to get to that level they have to bend the rules a bit

it just hapens in the spur of the moment i can't explain it

Peaty's pull is a monster!

anyone notices that he has really slight leg movements?
Who peaty or Cody?
@@sanathmatara1308 i think peaty. You can clearly see it

Please.
Thank you this will due nicely
He has very short and powerful stroke compared to cody miller besides him.

good point
do u think this helps with tempo?
@@skolatti probably
Cody miller undulation breast kick... lol, he still looses.
is that legal?
He's kind of pushing it with that down-kick he does at the end of the kick. It's a borderline DQ.
Which one is Adam Peaty? Is it the right one or the left one?
Very close to dolphin kick
Kimmo Salminen erm, no it isn't...
Closer than others clearly
I think you're looking at Cody Miller ... clearly
He starts his kick as soon as his hands are done sweeping in
compared to Cody Miller who waits for his hands to shoot forward before starting the kick
good point again.
His kick isnt even that great and he is still faster than everyone by a mile
He doesn't spread his legs like other Breaststrokers, and that's why he holds the 100m Breaststroke World record!

@@peenhead9938 thanks for the info, and I'm practicing breaststroke for the past 1 week!
