Last one is called the ghost escape and you can set up an awesome D’arce choke from there

I love this video. I use these techniques all the time, especially the third one. I have sent bigger and stronger partners flying off of me. I come back to this video periodically for a refresher. Erin is awesome.

I think you are the best teacher! I have watched a lot of instructional videos…. they may be good at jujitsu, but they are not good teachers. Teaching is a high level skill that really can’t be taught.

I just dont get it. I've been doing bjj for a few months now and still cant get this side control escape to work on anybody. I'm beginning to think bjj just isn't for me if I cant grasp something this basic
