I remember being 7 years old, playing outside, and my mom would come out of the house around 4 and yell "Lizzie McGuire is on!" Then I would drop what I was doing to run inside and watch the show. Right after was That's So Raven.

"Lizzie McGuire" was the only show that made the episodes relate to real life. They covered everything from family financial crisis, having a long time crush for a guy who don't even like you back, heartbreak from a breakup, fights with bestfriends, dealing with annoying brother/sister.. everything.
I wish the show still aired today.
*EDIT* : I guess I meant to say, a teen/teenage girl's life.
They almost had a high school series of Lizzie McGuire but there were a lot of factors that prevented it from happening.

He grew up to be much cuter than I would’ve imagined.
I met him as an extra in Joey Graceffa’s movie storytellers and he was so kind and down to earth!!! This show was definitely part of my childhood!! ❤️
I would have loved to see how he grew up in the reboot. It truly SUCKED that we didn't get the reboot. It would have been amazing to see how all these characters would be after the last time we saw them in the movie

That's because Lizzie McGuire was one of the few sets that treated the children really good and actually like decent human beings. Different shows means different sets and also means a different crew behind it so it would explain why different Disney stars or even Nickelodeon stars would say about their shows what really was behind set okay. Some of them really were treated like circus monkeys and wouldn't let them eat or barely ever use the bathroom and they hardly ever got to sleep. The only time that they really ever got to sit down was when it was mandatory and they had to do school work. Which is why a lot of shows nowadays like Disney and Nickelodeon are shooting during the summer so that they don't have to stop for school work anymore.

Im 20 ryt now..and when this show was aired i guess im jzt 1 or 2years old..But my sister had full season of lizzy McGuire in her laptop..I started to watch ot when i was 10 or 11 and i loved it..every night i used to repeat watching it before i go to sleep..im a big fan of the show..In this age i dont think any show would have such impact made on teens like what this show did..im glad i get to be a fan of this amazing television series

This show is one of the only shows that didn't have some stupid gimmick like being from the future or being a spy or having Supernatural Powers they were just ordinary people. It would just be basically like catching up with family having like a family reunions. And it could be done. It would be like Fuller house but better because unlike Full House that most of the time they made it look like it was squeaky clean and they didn't hardly ever have any issues, Lizzie McGuire was a complete opposite yeah sure they had fun times but they always had something going on just like everybody else is life in real life did. It would work out just fine.
I could see them having a a movie like that it's kind of like how they did it for growing pains they made two films. But honestly I could see the bring it back as a television show with their kids like I did right at home.
I’m so grateful that I was able to experience this era where shows like this were on. And he’s right, things were more pure back then. As often as us millennials bash the new Disney channel/nickelodeon etc it’s nice to see stuff like this now where we can see the actors from older shows all grown up and be able to hear their perspective on things now

This was without doubt one of my favorite shows when I was a kid/tween! I had it on VIDEO and remember going over to my friends house and it would be the first thing we'd do - watch Lizzie McGuire. Ah I definitely miss my childhood now!

Oh no. Lizzie McGuire was awesome. a reboot would not have same spark ✨ ✨ ✨ . I wonder if they'd do something like ravens home but a reboot would not really work with this generation I don't think 🤔. The show had a scense of purity . if a reboot was made I feel it would be bogged down by political correctness and all that staff. The 2000s was an era where creative freedom was encouraged and people weren't afraid to explore different ideas without being cautious about offending people or not being exclusive of certain people.It was about heart lovelbel relaateble characters and awesome storyline /writing. I tried getting into ravens house or home or whatever but....its funny at times but lacks the charm that the show that's so raven had. A movie of them as adults would be nice but not a reboot. I don't feel it would really do the show justice.

"You didn't see a lot of behind the scene" True. BUT, Disney would show some stuff on commercial breaks ((sense they don't do traditional commercials)) Lizzie McGuire ruined tv for me forever because they showed us how sets worked, ie the house and yard being fake. I was mind blown.

They're probably just waiting for Hillary to finish up her show so they can film it. I don't think they would interview him because he would probably be very bitter because if you remember he was the only character on the show that didn't speak and he would most likely be very bitter. Which is why they probably wouldn't want to interview him on the other two people have been really happy and upbeat about it. Like if they ever brought the show back I doubt he would come back to being the mute Larry. That is as if they changed his character and made it to where he overcame that.
