So glad i did a random workout search and found ur channel Max. I love plyo / hiit style workout! Up until 51/2 years ago i was a cardio queen, sadly steady state, which is not evil but much less affective if not mixed in with strength and hiit cardio workouts! Hiit also really reduces the time needed to burn that fat and keep the muscle I work hard for to keep my body firm yet feminine. Im aware that men will not have the same goals. I really love your kettlebell workouts as well. Just wanna let the women out there know not to fear strength and kettlebell training, you will not build bulk, however will burn more fat day and night and get a lean fit body. Max's Best Bootcamp yes Max that is the part I forgot, hiit workous r soooo much mire fun and seem to go by so much more quickly than doing a dingle form of cardio the entire worlout! I normally add my 4-8 lb weighted vest but with 60-15, may have to remove during my second round! Thx again for sharing these grest real time workouts. I was on another 10min excercise but changed to this today. But after I took about a half of this, I couldn't deal with it. May be because I did a previous 10 min workout, so I'll challenge tomorrow again.

Increase you water & veggie intake to feel fuller & flush toxins. Finally, put a support team in place. We are her for you :)

I have abs, and from the side of me I look super skinny but from the front I just looks wide. In the middle of my stomach you can see like the shape of my abs. This workout is designed for optimum fat loss. Coupled with clean eating, you'll burn fat from all over your body, including your stomach. Sounds like you just naturally build you obliques easier, which is usually genetic, but your training can also effect this.

You're not alone & I understand that it's frustrating. That's why we've created this channel! This is not a beginner routine, so you may want to try some of our beginner workouts first, if you find this to be too intense. 20-60min of intense workouts like this 3-6 days per week will be the most effective for fat loss. FBQ Ahh, didn't realize & yes. 20% body fat for a female is low. At 15% bf, you're a;ready quite lean! 12-15% is where a woman's abs will pop. Since you're young & newer to resistance training, results will come with consistently following our workouts & clean eating :)
Hated this. Should be called shoulder cardio, I trained chest and tris right before this and I was cooked before we even started. Also would benefit if it wasn't nonstop talking. Some silence or better yet music, would take your videos up a notch.
