Tommy, I know you probably won’t see this but I come and watch this video (and your other watch with friends eps) whenever I’m sad…hearing you and your friends laughing and having a good time makes me smile so hard :) thanks for providing comfort content for musical theatre fans…(also, my friends and I do the Jason Alexander joke constantly)
These are my favorite type of videos you make. I love all of your videos, but these definitely are my favorites. I always laugh through these and your friends are hilarious. My life goal now is to be in one of these videos. It must happen. And please do Sister Act 2, it's much much much better, plus it's my childhood lol you're awesome, you're my fav, goodnight!!
Favorite moment from the Sister Act stage musical is the moment when Vince's seemingly romantic song about Delores turns murderous. The mood whiplash, when well executed, is absolutely brilliant, and the audience erupts in laughter - reminiscent of You'll Be Back from Hamilton, particularly the Jonathan Groff and Andrew Rannells versions.
Watching this with the captions on is very enjoyable, especially seeing all of the descriptions for your different kinds of laughs in this video such "hearty laughter with pizza," "adorable giggles cut off by editing" and "hardy Wookie related laughter." Idk if you've done that in previous videos but I just noticed it now and it is glorious. Great stuff 10/10 would recommend.
i love when the whoopi pic came up you put the AAAHHH sound effect! this video had me laughing so much please do more of these! and the guests were amazing ! very very funny!!
Damn, the wait until October for the sequel to this video is going to be absolutely nunbeareable. I was laughing my ass off throughout, and really love the dynamic between you and your friends :-)
Sister Act is really an uplifting and dun filled show. I've seen on broadway four times and I think it carries on the legacy of Whoopi Goldberg. I am a 14 year old Musical Theatre Major at my school and i believe that one of the mist important steps to a musical is that is moves you... This show does, comedically and emotionally. Some would argue that this show os a cash grab or just for promoted business purposes but id disagree, it is not the same as the original feature film, it contains thicker and deeper character development and storyline and makes you root for the most self centered protagonist of a broadway musical... that is how you know they've done a great job with the book. (Also, the music is uplifting and Patina Miller is goals.)
God I love Empty Room, Voldemort, and Ill Letcha Know. I hope they come back and do more reviews in the future!!! They're so funny and they compliment your brand of comedy so well!
I watched this movie nearly a hundred times over as a kid, and I never noticed that Nirvana Club sign. Now I feel like I missed out. Also, super appreciate those subtitles for the special guests!
That was Whoopi's singing the only person who didn't sing in the movie was Wendy Makkena who played Sister Mary Robert's. Andrea Robinson did the sing it the movie.
So from the movie: Monsignor O'Hara: You took a vow of hospitality for all in need. Reverend Mother: I lied. But from the musical: The whole song of how I got my calling. It's just makes me die every time.
When you said squished mice, I remembered this one dead rat in my dads parking space at his condo. Everytime he pulls into it spot or drives out, he squishes it a little more...
These videos you do with your friends are, like, the best things. Also, I'm curious: what do you think of Nunsense? You looked ready to murder someone when your friend made that joke the first time. :P
As a kid from a convent school in London, I can rightfully say Nuns can teach maths I seriously don't know what the sisters at our school actually do, I just know 2 of them use to teach, one of them as the Head Teacher, and that one's retired while the other one is currently teaching maths
Please do a Show of the Week on Taboo (the 2004 Broadway cast, not London. They're VERY different, with a few different songs). It's a great and lesser known show that is quite interesting!
Oh my, I have an idea. Have you ever watched Lucky Stiff the movie which came out in 2015? It has Jason Alexander in it and it's a musical. Think about it :)
Wow! I’m really enjoying your channel! I’ve laughed, learned things, got interesting perspectives on films...it’s such a neat channel! I followed a link to your videos about I Need Songs from a video about Why Disney Songs sound gay and that was from a link to a video called Queer✨ by Philosophy Tube. Needless to say, I may have just found your channel, but so far I’ve enjoyed the videos I’ve watched thus far. Plus listening to you and your guests talk reminds me of some of my friends and what it’s like when we hang out and with everything going on right now we haven’t gotten the chance to hang out and watch films, etc, in awhile. Thanks for making these videos!
Hey, when's the new episode of Jim and Tomic's Happy Hour going to be up? Also, were you a student at Illinois State? I thought you said it in a video once, and I'm an acting major here now!
Enjoy ISU! They just tore down my old dorm! (And if you run into Prof. Cyndee B., tell her, "Tommy from Rabbit Hole says hi!") Jimi and I are working diligently behind the scenes. Expect new episodes (and maybe some new excitements) in early September!
superfluity (n.) Look up superfluity at Dictionary.com late 14c., from Old French superfluite "excess" (12c.), from Medieval Latin superfluitatem (nominative superfluitas), from superfluus (see superfluous).
"I'm not the sharpest cookie in the knife jar." I need to start using that.
My favourite line(s) is: "but what if I forget the lines?"
"Then your going straight to hell."
Whoopie Goldburg did sing, and it was her first time singing in a film
Your friends make the commentary SO good! Was crying by the end from laughter
The word is 'superfluity' because it's the opposite of 'none'. It's a pun. A nun pun.
You're welcome.
4:50 OH MAN THERE ARE TEARS IN MY EYES. Why did I try to watch this at midnight again??? I'm going to explode trying not to wake up the whole house.
So Whoopi did her own singing! That was one of my favorite things about this movie.
Sadly, Sister Mary Roberts didn't.
I say this line all the time to my alto sister: "We all want to be close to the lord, not all of us can do it vocally."
Downton AU where Tommy plays The Dowager Countess but everything is exactly the same and she still roasts everybody.
Fuck yes!! 😂😂
simone robson that needs to happen

Sister Act 2 better than the first one? Your life goal is to be in poor quality react videos? What kind of crazy person are you!?!?!

I thought this was going to be the final goodbye from Voldemort and the gang, and then you guys are watching Sister Act 2. Going to be Nuntastic.
Voldemort saying hello a la Kathy Najimy makes me laugh so much.
"I'm gonna turn this frog into a frog! Wait..."
"DID IT"
i love when the whoopi pic came up you put the AAAHHH sound effect! this video had me laughing so much please do more of these! and the guests were amazing ! very very funny!!
Damn, the wait until October for the sequel to this video is going to be absolutely nunbeareable. I was laughing my ass off throughout, and really love the dynamic between you and your friends :-)
I giggled way more than I should have during this. And I’ve decided my life goal is now to be friends with you and your friends! Too funny!

also, this is the best thing ive seen all year and a decade... i love you so much!!!!
God I love Empty Room, Voldemort, and Ill Letcha Know. I hope they come back and do more reviews in the future!!! They're so funny and they compliment your brand of comedy so well!
"Alright sister... Make em sing!"
-Sister Mary Lance 1992
"We're gonna turn this frog into a frog" Lmao I love these movie nights you do. It's absolutely hilarious!
Mostly correct. Kathy Najimy was dubbed in places.
In just over a month I think I have watched this video five or more times, and I laugh just as hard every single time that I watch it.
"Brace yourself, sisters. Spread out and look for Mary Clarence. Try to blend in. "
I agree with the statement that the second one is better. When I rewatched the first one, I was NUN too impressed :3
I think the only one not actually singing in this movie was Sister Mary Roberts (the quiet mousey one with the powerful voice).
- It's a fluff piece.
- You're a fluff piece.
- That's *our* word! XD
She lied to us? But she was such a good nun…. Well it was Nun-ya business and that’s why she lied 😂🤣😂🤣
Please make more of these. And I just found your podcast and I love it!!
Whoopi did sing her parts , the singing is done in the studio, yes it is her voice you hear
WHERE DID YOU GET YOUR ANGELA LANSBURY MUG??????? I neeeeeed it
So from the movie:
Monsignor O'Hara: You took a vow of hospitality for all in need.
Reverend Mother: I lied.
But from the musical: The whole song of how I got my calling. It's just makes me die every time.
Great. I was looking for a video of someone laughing at *everything* whist eating and you nailed it.
For the record, that WAS whoopi goldberg singing. This was her first singing role.
i did the sister act musical at my high school for freshman year, it was so fun!!
I'm 45 seconds in and properly giggling. This is the perfect company for a boring college day😆
Oh, also, this is the *first* time I'm seeing anything even related to Sister Act, and thus I HAVE no favourite line, so hell, let's go with yours ;)
When you said squished mice, I remembered this one dead rat in my dads parking space at his condo. Everytime he pulls into it spot or drives out, he squishes it a little more...
I was so pissed when I found out that it wasn’t really the red head singing.
I’m like 6 years late, but no Whoopi did sing all her parts 😁
These videos you do with your friends are, like, the best things. Also, I'm curious: what do you think of Nunsense? You looked ready to murder someone when your friend made that joke the first time. :P
I love all of you so much. I love this channel in general, but these videos are my favorite.
GUYS I LOOKED IT UP AND YES, THAT ACTUALLY IS WHOOPI GOLDBERG SINGING
I haven't watched the video yet, but I am already so happy :)
As a kid from a convent school in London, I can rightfully say
Nuns can teach maths
I seriously don't know what the sisters at our school actually do, I just know 2 of them use to teach, one of them as the Head Teacher, and that one's retired while the other one is currently teaching maths

like if ur a squished mouse
So does this mean that you will be doing the "Nunsense" movie with Ruw Mcclanahan as Mother Superior some time in the near future?
Oh my, I have an idea. Have you ever watched Lucky Stiff the movie which came out in 2015? It has Jason Alexander in it and it's a musical. Think about it :)
Need. More. Nun Jokes.
You know how many jokes you will see? Nun....
What cell carrier do travelling nuns use?
Virgin mobile.

Forever upset there isn't a Sister Act 2 video.

This was a nun-derful video!!
You are super adorable! ;) you're all so lucky to have such fun friends to watch movies with.
Hey, when's the new episode of Jim and Tomic's Happy Hour going to be up?

Jimi and I are working diligently behind the scenes. Expect new episodes (and maybe some new excitements) in early September!
Musical Theatre Mash I haven't seen her, but Lori Adams says hi
these have to be my favorite things you do.
Out of curiosity, why do your special guests always stay off screen? I LOVE their commentary 😂
You missed an opportunity for a nun joke! Voldemort says "Pew pew pew. Finger guns." Why did no one say "Pew pew pew. Finger nuns"?
Best thing ever! And Tommy is also the cutest!
superfluity (n.) Look up superfluity at Dictionary.com
late 14c., from Old French superfluite "excess" (12c.), from Medieval Latin superfluitatem (nominative superfluitas), from superfluus (see superfluous).
This made my day! I haven't laugh as much since the shows I've seen.
Please man, give us the sequel, I beg you.
Drunken History with Professor McGonagall
hey, I've had days where I felt like a squished mouse ;)
WHO is he talking to?
She did sing in this movie and was singing in part 2
Love your videos, but this is one of your best. Dunno who your friends are, but they're a pretty funny lot.
Just "god knows how I ended up gay."
I'm just like "saaaaaaaame."
I am not squished!
Just so you Unterstand Why:" I am German". I was very shocked at first when "empty Room" said:" its 57 degrees". But Then i remembered america
I wanna be in that room! these are my people...
I'm not being a troll or anything, I loved the video but that wasn't a picture of Jason Alexander.
It's a common mistake… 😜
ruclips.net/video/X2URDfGo6mI/видео.htmlm27s
Oh! I forgot about that. lol
Oh, my. Who subtitled all the giggles?
Whoever did deserves an award.
Yes! I loooove these :)
Honestly, so much giggling....where did you hide the brownies?
This was fun. I mean... this was nun.
This is the best video.
Also Sister Act 1 is way better then Sister Act 2. There I said it.
13:19 oh look it's Little Shop
I just had to go look up where Reno is geographically....
could you actually watch the musical Nunsense?
also, a "waddle"
Uh...if you don't mind a suggestion. You might know what's going on better if you pay more attention to the movie.
You're all funny, but you're not really watching the movie. Clicked on the video hoping to hear reactions to the actual movie.
Delores lied because she was NUNdercover! Sorry, I'll leave
