For anyone watching that hasn't started the process yet, you're suppose to remove the sticker near the left igniter/temp knob on the base as well. Says so right on the sticker.

Can the legs be adjusted incase the ground isn’t level? How are the tires?

The edges will darken over time mine did the same thing and you’ll always have hotter zones even on the bigger 36” blackstones.

How have the wheels been holding up? That’s one of the biggest complaints I see in the reviews.

I contacted Blackstone and they said that they can replace it with an upgraded one or get the adapter for the 20 lb tank, I took the adapter so now I can run a big tank!

Well known to hiking campers, using those small pocket size burners, a very cold tank with reduce heat, even to the point of being useless, gas will not flow.
    Colorado, what is your elevation?
The oil goes through a chemical change called polymerization, transforming the liquid oil into a thin, hard shell.
It's the reason you want smoke. It's done with that layer with no smoking.
The trick is very thin oil layers, thinner than you think, any pooling, too thick, gummy mess.
Never use animal fat to season.
Animal fat's smoke temperature is the same as its flash point. It will burst into flames.
Try consumable, food grade only, mineral oil.
Beware price is $$$ at nature stores, shop around, drug stores, Walmart. Even the department it is in, regular food goods cheap, vs pharmacy areas expenses.
    It's all packaging.
No expert, so do your homework.
PS, mineral oil has a shelf life, so don't over buy, smell it after storing it in refrigerator.

Not trying to be mean, but you should not be making instructional videos when you are learning yourself.
Hey, we are all new to something and learning is part of the process.
I do like your Blackstone Griddle and thinking about getting one.
    Hope your cookouts go well!

The problem with your propane bottles are that they are straight up and down (which is why they were freezing). They should be up tilted at a 45 degree angle.

You are Incorrect. Propane bottles are supposed to be straight up. That way you are burning just the gas, not the liquid. Look at the way propane bottles mount on lanterns? They are not at an angle. Altitude and temperature can have adverse effects on propane tanks.

I mounted it both ways and it froze both ways

It says in the directions for the grill to put the bottle at an angle. I'm pretty sure the tanks frost as they empty from a lack of pressure.
