I completely relate to not doing something (or adamantly not wanting to do something) when someone tells me to do it - it’s a strange but powerful feeling I get, but I have never understood why. Anyway, I appreciate the idea of building a personalized bundled routine, I’m gonna try this! Even if none of this works, I believe the process of trying over and over is a success in itself.
