Like this 0:19? It’s to grab items twice. If you press B on the right frame as you exit the door, you are able to grab an item but the game thinks you don’t have one. Since the game doesn’t think you have one, you can enter a door, or pick up a second item hence what is done in 0:19.
just before activating the ladder spawn in the area before, he went so far to the block beside that the game thinks he activated the spawm point from a diferent block, so he spawn in the right of the ladder, if this makes any sense lol also in 9:15

So they instead released a re-done version of Doki Doki Panic, but Mario Bros Style. They changed stuff in the game such as title, bonus screen to give off a Mario vibe.
