This is something I talk about with new people I train (Air Force security forces) and in my opinion if I’m holding an angle like that and NOT expecting contact I prefer to sit at high ready and watch the angle…situation dictates obviously but 99% of the time I’m not going to actively hold the angle like this because even then I will get tired
