I absolutely love how they gave Tommy Vercetti his own walking style, and remastered the Lighting effects in Definitive Edition. That's exactly how I imagined it looked as a child, playing that title!

And for voices they can use an AI which has been trained on CJ and Tommy's voice . Man... the possibilities are endless . I know it'll happen someday by some people

The problem with the definitive edition of the 3 games Vice city, GTA 3 & GTA San Andreas is that it looks so bright to the point that it looks unrealistic & plastic. They also ruined the dark atmosphere of GTA 3. Liberty city was supposed to look polluted but they make it look to clean kinda look like a perfect city. As matter fact the reason why Claude cannot swim is because the water of liberty City is suppose to have oil spil. They should have made it look like rainbow polluted water since that's what oil spill do to a water when it was reflected by the sun. It wasn't suppose to look clear. In fact the reason why Tommy Vercetti cannot swim is because of sharks so they should have added a shark fin on the waters of Vice City.
GTA vice City definitive edition will be a perfect game if they add physics of GTA five. There is still old physics that make definitive edition look like old game
I dont think it is being worked on as a public project anymore- there are still version of it floating around out there. Most of them are mods for the 1.0.9 + version of the game, which is not easy to achieve.
Vice City rage classic is modification for gta 4 So you first need to have gta 4 installed There are many tutorials on RUclips on how to install it so help yourself
