Good video but I think a start to finish would be better. This is easy to follow if you already know whats going on.

Hi, how long cutting time can you get with 50ah?

Can you put links to the components you used? I want to give this a go with a 100ah battery

Same question. You can turn these batteries on their side with no problem?

Thanks for the vid Ryan. What is the mod# for the charger? If the 48v 100ah lifepo4 battery was used instead of the 50ah, would the charger still charge the 100ah? And when looking to purchase the charger, are the amps critical and if so what amperage should the charger provide? Thanks!

Also, is 50 amp enough? I have seen many post regrets about 50 instead of 100.

They are great for the 300e and good for the 480e on level ground.

So this will probably sound odd... But since i have 8 18volt 9amp batteries already if I wired them in parallel and used a 18-48 volt boost converter that should theoretically run the mower right? I realize it probably wouldn't have a long run time but i already have the batteries and only cut about 1/3 of an acre 0:05

If you had 9 batteries. You connect 3 parallel sets of 3 series batteries. That would make 52v and 27 ah battery . Using 6 batteries you would have 52v and 18ah.

@@Ryobi48vElectricMowers ..I'm very hesitant to run the Ryobi 18 volts in series..in past ebike and push mower projects I've had issues with the lead battery totally dieing very quickly ( to the point I have to tear the pack apart and jump the cells.. while the second battery is still at full charge..I think it's something to do with the way the bms boards operate... in parallel I could use different amp batteries together in a bank 4,6,9 ect..I have over 32 various ones that get recharged either off the work truck or my solar panels
