I’m 15 weeks & this is the first prenatal yoga I have tried!! I have been practicing yoga every day with you for the last 3+ years. I am still doing vinyasa & hatha (with some modifications) but it’s great to know you have a plethora of videos for when I’m further along 💙 thank you!

first time trying some pre-natal yoga. I am 28 weeks yesterday. It was a great start to my day! I will be utilizing yoga much more as I start getting closer and my body is really changing and feeling it!
13 weeks and craving body movement following a very stagnant first trimester. This sequence was gentle but felt like it opened me up, both physically in my hips and mentally as I feel more like myself again, of course now rocking a subtle baby bump. I can’t believe I’m going to say this, but I enjoyed the squats.
I'm 16 weeks and finally able to get back into yoga after the craziest few months of morning sickness! So glad I am able do this. Thank you for this ❤️

17 weeks pregnant and still actively running as well - this is such a great stretch post run. During pregnancy my groin gets incredibly tight, and my sciatica acts up in a big way, and this is one of the few ways I get relief 🙌🏼

I'm 23 weeks! I am so glad I found these videos! They feel good!. A question: My wrist do feel really sore, I cannot do downward facing dog, but in other positions sometimes you use your writs... what can I do so that they don't hurt that much? Thank you!
Congratulations, and thank you for being here! So, for wrist issues I usually recommend Yoga Jellies (I have a review video of them on my channel). You can fold over your yoga mat to get similar benefits too. You can always substitute dolphin pose for downdog, and forearm plank for plank pose. Table pose can be done on fists instead of flat hands. Let me know if this helps and makes sense. 💖
Love ur yoga teaching! Thx so much! But i hv a low placenta issue ,now is 31wk+ ,hv 4 limbs swollen .Are there any poses should avoid due to low placenta issue ?
Hi Brett, Im 16 weeks pregnant, have never done any yoga routine in my life but i really want to do one... the only thing which hinders me is that i have really sore knees after my knee ligaments injury. I don't really understand what is safe for me as everytime i starts to do any light poses the knee starts hurting and i give up... my body feels really tight and i want to feel better. I would be greatful if u can pls help and suggest where should i start :(
It would be amazing if you could fins a prenatal yoga teacher near you that could help guide you through some classes. This would help you find what works best for your body in a safe environment.
