    I just had to come here to say THANK YOU! I did one of your videos almost every night from 16 weeks to 37 weeks pregnant. I had the most amazing unmedicated VBAC and went from 8cm to baby in my arms in 26 minutes. So fast that there weren’t even any medical staff nearby so I caught my own baby!

      That is so wonderful! Congratulations! Did you do this exact vide only or did something more? :) I’m at 20+ weeks now :)

      @@karolinasereikaite Thank you! I did a lot of her videos. I would pick one to do every night. Sometimes yoga, sometimes pilates or HIIT.

    I'm 19 weeks and started your workouts today. Hoping to shed a few lbs along the way (I'm over 200 lbs and 4"11) but my main priority is kickstarting my body to give baby the best chance. So glad I found ya ❤

    I’ll have you know my first pregnancy went so smoothly thanks to your yoga videos every morning❤ Now, on my second and have a peloton subscription, but I’ve still gone back to you because you’re better! You don’t guide/talk too much, positive and peaceful, and have such heart with the quotes you choose. You even supported my children’s book I published when I was pregnant. Don’t ever change❤❤❤

    Thank you for this ❤ I’m entering my second trimester, and I’ve been feeling a lot of strain in my tummy and pelvic region so it’s hard to exercise. I feel so much better now after stretching.

    Nice video, but shouldn't we lay on left side in final relaxation due to vena cava syndrome risk ?

    • @PregnancyandPostpartumTV
      @PregnancyandPostpartumTV  Год назад +4

      While there are benefits to laying on your left for long periods overnight it’s perfectly safe and fine to lay on either side for a few minutes at the end of yoga. Which ever side you feel most comfortable 💞

    Hi , may I ask why did you have to have a blood transfusion after labor? Was it because your uterus wasn't contracting enough thus causing more blood loss? ❤
