@@lorcanlittle6943 Depends on which foil I use and the conditions. You need wind to get used to the board. So better to have little larger hand wing and front wing in the beginning. If I use smaller front wing in need to have bigger hand wing. Hope that helps! Cheers!
You seem to have a advance pretty fast on wingfoil. Can you tell med a little about your progression - what board and foil you started on and how many sessions before progressed to smaller board etc? Would appreciate it :)
I'm around 80 kg and 182 cm. Started wingfoiling in late May 2022. Before that in 2021 I started windsurfing (bought lots of freestyle stuff). Before windsurfing, I haven't been doing anything for about 10 years. Did some bodybuilding before that. Been ok at sports. I started with board, F-one Rocket wing 110 l, F-one gravity frontwing 2200cm2 and stab surf 300, wing F-one Swing 5m. In less than 1 months I changed to my 80l board (F-one Rocket wing), fell almost all the time before the swap. Started doing some jibies. Changed frontwing to F-one gravity frontwing 1800cm2. After 2 month maybe doing 50% of the jibes depending on the conditions. I changed to my frontwing to F-one Seven seas 1200Cm2 after 3-4 months. Had more speed in the turns, my jibe success went up to 70-90% (depending on the conditions). But I always want to learn new stuff, so I fall because of that. And after 7 months I bought my Sinker (F-one Rocket Wing S 42l ) and managed to get up in 2 min in flat water. Been sick/no wind after that. Hope I get well, so I can enjoy this wonderful life. Maybe I should do a videoclip about it...
Thanks mate! I use the insta360 one x2. If you buy one becareful so the openings doesn't get open (water gets in and ruins the camera). Have a great day! 🤙🏼
Thank you for the instructional upload. Four degrees!! We went wing foiling two days ago...middle of winter. Water was 19 degrees. No wetsuit.
Thanks ❤️
19 degrees.. That too warm 😜 Enjoy winging!
Was really interested in what wing size you use for different wind ranges, is it easier be over powered?

@@Wingsurf Openings doesn"t get open when the camera is into the sea, does it?
@@acllmates2784 I use tape, just to be on the safe side in case they open.
@@acllmates2784 btw i use flymount to mount the camera to the wing.
