Started bingeing a lot of your content. Cooked a few things, all turned out well. But I was really pleasantly surprised at how well the creamy lemon pasta. Plenty of flavour, quick to cook. Yum!
i tried the first lemon shin noodles and miso. it looked great,. basically on par with marions. however it was way too powerful for me. i used a lot less miso, didnt overload the oil, lemon or cheese. Just too super mega salty miso to me. maybe im not usuing the correct miso paste, or too much? the paste i use is slightly lighter in colour to hers.

If you can get a hold of a Korean seasoning sauce called Yondu, give it a go. It's like umami sauce for vegetarians or try a really small amount of the korean version of Miso which is Doengjang but it's stronger than miso so use sparingly
Am a Muslim i love ur cooking style and i tried ur recipe but mostly ur using pork instead of using pork is chicken is best opinion for ur recipe and I am a South Indian and i don't know about which Asian grocerys or halal can u put ah video about it or RPL for me

I made the last recipe and it was sweet on top of sickly sweet. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend!!!
