I'm already at a really low weight and I can't really go any lower without it becoming unhealthy but im still at about 23% body fat and even with weeks and months of training and the right nutritions I can barely see any muscle growth. Do you know what the problem could be? I just don't know what to do

It sounds like you might need to focus on building muscle. There are some ideas here: ruclips.net/video/ZDSSQeUmy1A/видео.html

Lost 50 lbs in 7 months. Quit drinking, drank a gallon of water a day or as close to it as possible and no sugary drinks besides coffee. Cut out carbs, not completely, but 90%. I’ve done physical labor my whole life and all I did was yoga 3 times a week..I walk between 10-15 miles a day at work. Now I am doing cardio 3-5 times a week, and yoga as much as possible. I shattered my talus bone 10 years ago, and had my rotator cuff rebuilt and turn 40 in a month..I never thought it would be possible, BUT it would’ve never been possible if I did not make it ENJOYABLE, SUSTAINABLE…and make SACRIFICES

I get disgusted when I look at myself in the mirror and cannot see my six-pack as a man. This is the biggest suffering for me. So, whatever I do(bodybuilding, staying away from junk food, being on a calorie deficit diet....) helps ameliorate the pain of not seeing my six-pack. Thanks for the video.

I want a 6 pack to improve my tae kwon do while lean bulking i had hit 33kg not good. I train very hard crunches, supetmans flutterkicks. Downward dog walking and basketball. I trained daily and Mt diets very strict limited fat and sugar. A line down appeared and faint lines appeared. They they then got sharper. I also lift weights almost daily. I take my training seriously. I now have line down and several across and can be clearly seen even when not tensed or when i have drank something. It measure 22 inches. I am still extremely light. Body fat is 8-12 percent. The area is also rock hard. Trying to get confirmed by a personal trainer is this likely a six pack?

I want visible abs but because of my osteoporosis I don't know if I could be that lean and still being healthy and not lose bone but I would just be happy with a flat tummy which is my goal that I believe can be achieved even with osteoporosis as long as I'm getting my protein and nutrients and strength training
But OOH this last bit of belly fat is incredibly stubborn!!

❤ I have osteopenia mild osteoporosis reversed from severe and thats the same reason I did it fortunately a line down and several ones across are showing. You'll do it. I walked, played basket balls and walked lots did crunches obliques superman's downward dog and Planks daily. Went from waist 28 to 21.4. Id to bulk and gained .4 of an inch while losing fat off other areas. Im 38 kilos so hence the lean bulk. Got to gey ot officially confirmed by pt. Body fat was measured at 12 percent last time. Id 11 abs long before that. Have no idea what's going on. Very tight whatever they are. Just hoping to God its not muscle wasting. My knees are very wasted. Could bulk those a bit.

i'd love to have visible abs but also have a hard time eating right and making it to the gym. is it true that nothing tastes as good as being fit feels?
what's it like to be at your goal fitness? i've yo-yoed between overweight and normal weight, but never gotten jacked like i always dreamed.

I am currently 18 and weigh around 60kgs, and am 171 cm tall. Judging from the pictures I'm around 19-20% body fat. I can't see my horizontal lines across my abs yet i.e. my six-pack but I can start to see my obliques at the sides. Do you have any advice for improving the definition of my abs at home with minimal equipment? I only do pushups, dips and pullups.
