Heck Yeahh..... Would love her type of show on Food Network...there are wayyyyy too many damn competition shows on there now.They are losing some viewing audience members because of lack of shows like what Ms Tip could provide and a sorry preponderance of competition shows on the network.
Us black folks know we cook alike. We use the same 5 seasonings in everything; salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and Tony's. We wash dishes with Dawn and bleach and we rinse the utensils off when we get them out of the cupboard even though we know they already clean.
Bleach is toxic. Why would you put poisonous toxic chemicals on plates that you eat off of? Dawn is appropriate, not bleach. Bleach is for floors, counters, bathrooms, etc.
Am I the only one trying to be a part of Tip's live audience for quality control food tasting? I will bring my own fork and plate and a bottle of wine for the host 🤷🏽♀️ I mean we have to keep Tip safe right? 🤗 When that restaurant pop up...im there!

Tip for Tip: I peel the shrimp and use the shells afterwards and boil with the chicken broth for about 10 minutes, it really enhances the flavor! Also I use this to boil my grits in instead of water. To really take it up a notch of enriching to use half n half for creamy results. Monterey Jack cheese is another bump. xoxoxo

Yeeaass! Apple cider vinegar is my #1go to for lots of stuff. My doctor prescribes pills for blood pressure, sugar etc . When I go for my check ups she gets so happy that everything is "excellent ", but what she don't know is I take apple cider vinegar for cholesterol and blood pressure, and cinnamon/ginger tea for the sugar. Like you, I know what, when, and how to eat. Keep doing what's best for Tip . Love your cooking.
