Glad to see you back. I tried your breakfast casserole and now people wants the receipe. I didnt have the frozen hash brown, but did use a Yukon potato, peeled sliced and then cut them into thin strips, fried it the sausage grease and add my thin sliced onions, etc.. and bam delicious.
I prefer chicken livers but I soak mine in milk like my mother use to do , fried it, make the gravy, crushed red pepper flakes. Delicious with rice , and biscuits.

Probably your dinner is good. I am a Southern boy who has eaten liver and onions all my life and never the way you have prepared it. (to each each his own) I have found my favorite way is to add salt and pepper and dredge in flour only and then gently fry the livers. Add the onions as the liver is frying and later add cream to make the gravy. Pour over mashed potatoes or rice with cornbread or homemade bisquits.

I seasoned and cooked skinless leg quarters I cut up, with spanish rice and a side of cabbage & carrots. I use my hand to help the spatula myself sometimes when I need to, baking in a commercial kitchen and then baking/cooking at home gives us the wounds, love your videos see ya next time! ❤
