cool video. Sadik seems like such a cool dude. Seriously, he's got a little swag to him but he's pretty humble and just seems like he gives off Good Vibes. Seems more normal than a lot of dudes in the fitness industry. doesn't seem to be so messed up in that super image-conscious, body image issue way that so many im industry sadly are. Like, he seems like he has a true passion for fitness and working out. That's said, his physique is definitely badass. crazy shoulders.

seriously though, this trainer is limiting the effort into a rep max... i'm very sure that failure gives you way better results when it comes to lateral raises. Why is dumbbell press last ???? these trainers these days are acting like they know something that everyone else doesn't by bringing squats or presses last in the workout but infact is the dumbest idea ever.
