      @Anthony Cooney Exercices #3 and #4 are combined in a superset, technically 1 exercice... :)

      ​@Anthony Cooney Sadly there is no indication of "set" (I doubt he is doing only 1 set per exercice, we may see 2 sets for exercice #3 and #4... I can be wrong though)

      I assume he's considered it but you guys should push him to try acting. He's clearly got the physique to be in action movies and he's got the personality that people would love. I can see this dude being interviewed on one of the late night shows in a couple years.

      @@johnpeters3160 so what if they take steroids, go take steroids and lets see how do u look. Having good nutrition is the only key to good physique steroids just boosts it. I have a lot of guys who take steroids and look shit.
      if someone take 3000-4000 calories a day obviously he cant burn all of it so steroida help to burn food more fast.

      @@ashmitagrawal135 yea when if it’s muscle, when you flex it should be stiff and should have minimal movement, if you tap you stomach when flexing your abdomen and it jiggles, it’s most likely fat or loose skin

    He says he didn’t do any front dealt activation, but he started with seated military press which is more front dealt than side or rear. Another thing for the side raises you don’t need someone to help you finish like that just grab a smaller dumbbell like 5 to 10lbs and finish that heavy set with slow reps until your arms can’t lift anymore.

      It's not the same to drop the weight and to have someone create constant resistance to finish off the exercise.

    I watched Sadik grow since he first started. And man has he grown a lot of muscle. The funny thing is I still look the same since he started because I procrastinated all that time, if I would have been doing my job I would have had some muscle as well...haha

    how many sets/reps of each? i just stumbled upon your channel and its great, but all videos i watched don't mention anything about # of sets and reps... it's helpful especially for such an intense session to know how far to push each exercise and still be able to complete the full workout

      Generally for building mass you aim for between 8-12 reps. If you want to build more strength, load enough weight until you can do 3-5 reps. If you want a huge pump, go for high reps, 12-20.

I am your age and bodybuild casually (eat right and train 5/7 days... i love weekends). you really break it down easily how to get into lifting and i commend and am a fan.     Shoulder press is a front delt exercise not a overall shoulder exercise, it mainly targets the front delt, just a little bit of side delt but almost nothing of rear delt at all
