Hello, I'm new at exercising, frankly I'm just about to turn 15, I just started exercising 4 days ago to try to losen up my fat, can I ask if this routine is okay? -I don't eat at morning for fasting. -At 3pm I do my exercise. -I start with 10 Situps and 10 Crunches. -20 Squats. -Less than a minute worth of leg stretch. -A 1 Minute Plank. -20 Leglift each leg. -Rest for a minute. -A 1 Minute Childpose/Balasana. -8 ArmCircle directed to the front, and another 8 ArmCircle directed at the back. -16 JumpingJacks. -I then massage my arms for a bit. -For the food, Its random, sometimes it has vegetable with soup and meat, sometimes its just fish, sometimes its only just meat, but it always has rice.

30secs is not enough 60-90s atleast
1-2 minutes for hypertrophy. Longer is fine for heavy sets
