@@zephyrus3554 That’s a lot of squat sets your doing imo but it’s your regimen bro if your hitting it hard and testing yourself weekly you’ll be fine! good luck

Brother I m from india do u wear supporter or any kind of protection during hevy work out of legs... Because in india there are many myths about supporters pls clear my confusion bro...
5:43 Question please, that bent back wrist position always bothers me, and my chest isn't flexible enough to get my arms pushed back enough to get a more direct (non-angled) wrist position. This is why I kind of keep squats out of the rotation, strictly because I can't get my wrists correct. However I see yours are bent back to almost a 90 degree angle and your still pushing 3 plates, no issue. Do you have any thoughts on this please?

Don't forget a hip hinge. Get some rdls in there

I like doing Goblet Squats, less strain on my lower back
Goblet squats are underrated for sure
I love them too, problem Is i Cant overload them, 50 kg dumbbels Are max in my gym and i do goblets easly with them...
