Progressive overload, we knew it as "pyramid" back in high school (2000s) . we also do an "inverted pyramid" for higher reps during a pre- spring brake fat loss period, together with a calorie deficit. Never fails.

Every day is high calorie day. 6 high protein meals. That includes lots of carbohydrates from potato’s, pasta, bagels, rice, and hot cereals
