Thank you so much for this. I purchased this television today after reading so much about it as an upgrade in my bedroom. My old TV in my bedroom is about 4 yrs old. Trying to set the stand up on this new one was completely baffling to say the least. My old TV I fixed the legs to it, and it was good to go, lol. This TV, including the stand, have moved on what seems like light years from my old TV. Now is the time to switch on, enjoy, and relax.
We used your video yesterday to unbox and set up our S95C with your step by step instructions. Perfect, except one place where you explained 3 screws available to attach the one connect box to the stand. Really only 2 of those screws are for this purpose. The 3rd screw is actually critically different from the other 2. But no harm done. Excellent instructions! Many thanks!
Though most people may not use the stand I do wish they gave the option to mount the One Connect Box with connections facing down instead of to the side.
"Properly" is the operative word. Seems Abt is the only one who did it per the instuctions. Thanks! Other unboxing vids were cringe level. I saw one that even gripped the panel while pulling it out of the box.
@ 7:22 you mention wall mounting. Where can I find a video on wall mounting? the S95C 65" OLED? Including itemized hardware needs. We were told our old 65" wall mount would work. Now, I am not so certain... thx
SAMSUNG S95B, I guess, will be the winner 🏆 in OLED sales this quarter, SAMSUNG is gaining more popularity in OLED TV Display. Tough OLED competition ahead for LG and SONY.
I had to do the 77 inch alone lol. That stand is a $#4% and makes it 3 times as heavy. I am a big guy and had to really force myself to lift it from the bottom but not in a way that would break it. I had to use a chair, chair to standing desk, then standing desk to the church table that i was going to put it on. I could barely lift it past that. If i had to do it again i probably would have put it together on the flip table itself before putting that heavy stand on it. i proubably would have needed 2 tables for the first sset up though. Past that omg so great.I was using a cheap walmart lcd before and didn't know stuff could look that good on a tv hehe.
Please add a note that the box is not the same everywhere. Just bought S95C in April 2024 and my box is totally different. I was about to cry before I just decided to brute force it and just lifted the flat panel and layed it on my bed to install the stand.
@Korikesho If you're referring to the magnetic flap on the bottom of the pedestal, you may need to push the larger plate harder. It can take a little extra effort to slide the two plates together. Once they're seated properly that flap should close easily.
Carl, I need answer as soon as you can, lol. just got the 65 inch s95c. got it set up and on my tv stand. The tv leans BACK at little. I googled it and it said it's supposed to. IS IT?!!!
@Trumpet1ification It's not necessarily designed that way, but we have seen some that lean back very slightly. It's difficult to tell if you're sitting in front of the screen, but if you stand to the side you may notice it.
I noticed when you were unboxing after cutting straps there was no clear tape to cut along the top edge. Is Samsung not putting packing tape along the top edge anymore. Thank you
@user-ef1xo9vb2i The only model we've unboxed from Samsung for 2023 so far that had packing tape was the 65 inch QN900C. We haven't had a chance to unbox the full line of their TVs yet though, so there may wind up being more.
@Trumpet1ification It's hard to say why that might be happening. Samsung TVs will detect and play the HDR format automatically. As long as the content is being output in HDR10+ the TV should recognize it.
@TomGeek1980 No, the One Connect box can go wherever you want as long as it's within the distance that the cord will cover. Samsung also makes an optional longer One Connect cable if you need to install the box farther away from the TV.
@senersoyel1957 The Samsung TVs are all MultiView. You do have the ability to adjust the size of the second window to make it bigger or smaller. Each image requires a separate source (can't use 2 HDMI feeds at the same time on screen).
@rockandrollrockandrollrock6930 If you're referring to the light gray ones, they are held on with some double sided tape and giving a gentle pull should be enough to remove them.
@@abtelectronics thank you. I a M loving the 95c . But I was shocked that something so large and so pricey didn’t come with any type of owners manual. Just a quick start guide that shows a picture of every other step with no words.
@rockandrollrockandrollrock6930 That's exactly why we do these unboxing videos. It can be hard to understand the pictures in the quick start guide so we figured we could help out by showing the process in a video. Glad to hear you're liking the S95C. It's an awesome TV!
I just uncrated mine today. Trying to figure it out. It does not look like you use ANY part of the "stand" for wall mounting. I have a 65" LG... The Samsung rep told my wife we did not need a new wall mount, they were all interchangeable [for given size ranges]. Now, the information I am reading makes it look like I must use a new wall mount system.... DANG IT!! If anyone sees a 2023 OLED S95C wall mounting How to video...please share!! [Ps...Even though we bought it Sept 2023. The sticker on it says 2022...just sayin'...
@gawain36 It's slightly different. With the 65 inch model Samsung says to lay it face down on a flat surface to attach the pedestal. Here's a link to the instructions so you can see a diagram: downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/EM/202304/20230413034532001/BN68-16623B-01_QSG_S95C%2055-65inch_ZA_Eng_230410.0.pdf

@conscience580 Here is what we recommend, but please be extremely cautious so as not to cause damage to your screen, and be sure to have a second person on hand to help with moving the TV. You'll want to set the TV face down on a flat surface with some kind of protective layer in between the screen and the tabletop (like a soft blanket or some thin, foam wrapping) with the pedestal hanging off the end of the surface. Next, unscrew the metal arm piece from the bracket that's attached to the back of the TV and set it off to the side. Finally, unscrew and remove the plastic bracket piece from the back of the TV.
Do not under any circumstances buy this Samsung S95C crap! I, to my great regret, bought this ... The TV turned out to be with a defective panel in the form of a periodically appearing vertical strip in the middle of the screen. And when Samsung replaced my screen with a new one, it was terribly crooked, which was even visible to the naked eye. However, after returning this CURVE screen to the official Samsung service center, they gave me the conclusion that the curvature of the screen is really present, but it is within the limits allowed by the manufacturer ... I hate this most expensive TV in the Samsung line and curse everyone who made it. Don't ever buy this crap!!!
I heard that's a damn shame should have just shipped it from there warehouse instead of amazom and third party hopefully samsung learn from this or add more protection for there tv in the future

This is the best review I’ve ever seen in my life…
Great video. You guys obviously know how to read directions. Getting my S95C tomorrow and this is the most helpful of the unboxing videos I've seen.
Wow, agree with the other commenters that this is what help videos should all be like. Very detailed and easy to follow. Thank you ABT Electronics!
@treywhite9842 We're very happy to hear you found the video helpful! Thank you for the kind words.
Excellent unboxing directions! Very helpful! How about a step-by-step video on how to properly repack!

Great detail video. Thanks for helping me install my iPad to the TV.
As someone who is getting this tomorrow this greatly appreciate. Everyone I've seen do the setup did it completely wrong

Thanks. Great video. going to help me a lot.
Thank you so much. This was a nightmare before finding your video.
@Akgamestar137 We're very happy to hear the video helped!
I know it’s officially new TV season when I see the first Abt unboxing of the year 👍🏻
@highdefnews175 They're finally starting to show up! We've got the QN90C series coming up soon.
@@abtelectronics Very nice. Definitely looking forward to that one!
Its ashame its not set up like this for the 65inch version
LG g3 ea Samsung S95C são incríveis muito top particularmente prefiro S95C vou conseguir comprar uma ainda meu sonho ter uma tv assim

Great vid
Do you happen to know the part number for the little package that has the 3 holder bolts and the cable holder clip?
I had to do the 77 inch alone lol. That stand is a $#4% and makes it 3 times as heavy. I am a big guy and had to really force myself to lift it from the bottom but not in a way that would break it. Is there a backwards tilt to the TV when installed on the pedestal? I know that's a thing with the LG G3 series stands.
Please add a note that the box is not the same everywhere.
Just bought S95C in April 2024 and my box is totally different. I was about to cry before I just decided to brute force it and just lifted the flat panel and layed it on my bed to install the stand.
I kinda wish the stand was a little wider as it's a 77" inch TV now. It looks to be the same size as my 55" S95B which is pretty stable but yeah.
I mounted mine and lost the screws to the stand. M4 x 12 is what is said on the vid. What's the full specs for the screw? Like thread size or gauge?
In 65 model it is impossible to mount vertically, the white corcho cannot be removed from the central part as in your video
on connect should be placed separately from the TV or, as in the video, on the leg behind the TV?
Awesome😊
Super😀👊
I wish Sony had a one connect box (provided that could buy cables of different lengths between the TV and the box.)
do you know whats the bolt size for Vesa mount?
Hi! Hope you see this, how did your stand fit? Mine does not close AT ALL
@Korikesho If you're referring to the magnetic flap on the bottom of the pedestal, you may need to push the larger plate harder. It can take a little extra effort to slide the two plates together. Once they're seated properly that flap should close easily.
@@abtelectronics thanks for the answer! I actually think ive gotten some ‘’wrong’’ parts, its too small sadly so it wont close

Carl, another question if you know the answer. Watching Prime video, shows I know are in HDR10 and 10+ are only showing up as HDR. Why?
@Trumpet1ification It's hard to say why that might be happening. Samsung TVs will detect and play the HDR format automatically. As long as the content is being output in HDR10+ the TV should recognize it.
Do you need to connect the box to the back of the pedestal? Can't just leave it on the table the tv stands on?
@TomGeek1980 No, the One Connect box can go wherever you want as long as it's within the distance that the cord will cover. Samsung also makes an optional longer One Connect cable if you need to install the box farther away from the TV.
i wish lg would make it easy like this to set up there oled tv
I got the wrong power cord in my box. No idea how this happens.
Packaging in the Uk certainty not same as yours, even instructions state had to lay this down on flat surface to install base. Prefer your way
Which samsung oled or qled tv series have pip (not multi view) ?
