Hey... you said left foot forward left hand on top , i though you said the opposite some time ago. I used to be left on top , i switched to right on top and did much better. Can you confirm

Ah ha..my bad... left hand on top means if handle is parallel to ground , the left hand is on top of handle, palm facing down, with right hand under handle , paml up
