One thing that might help you and you might already know this. If you know someone is going to try to do a hook Drop your riser a little bit just so you fill out the gap with your wrist. And instantly go over a defensive Toproll.

@@cbig4256 I won't be able to have the video up quickly. At the moment I am able to upload once or twice a week. But I do recommend looking up ulnar pain recovery after arm wrestling if you need ways to stop your pain more quickly.
just keep armwrestling and heal that by wrist curling light weights for many reps, it will go away and it wouldn't hurt anymore, i had the same problem for the first 4-5 months armwrestling but then in strenghend naturally

I can hold some big dudes with my pronation and hand but as soon as we go into a hook I enter survival mode.
Sounds like that might be an area for you to work on. Are you able to control whether you enter hook or not?
