      @@PlamenTheArmwrestler i posted a video on my channel w an edit of the tournament. I went 2-2 each arm competed 190 amatuer 💪🫡

    When practicing Toproll, I often have wrist pain in the ulna of the little finger going down. Are there any exercises to fix it? Let's make a video.

      @@cbig4256 I won't be able to have the video up quickly. At the moment I am able to upload once or twice a week. But I do recommend looking up ulnar pain recovery after arm wrestling if you need ways to stop your pain more quickly.

      just keep armwrestling and heal that by wrist curling light weights for many reps, it will go away and it wouldn't hurt anymore, i had the same problem for the first 4-5 months armwrestling but then in strenghend naturally
