    Im not an arm wrestling fan per se and i dont know how i ended up watching Devon but i always like his demeanor.Hes always so down to earth and approachable in the videos i watch of him. He seems like a genuinely nice guy 🙂

    Who on earth teaches their strategy like that?! Only a person who isn't insecure can do that. You're doing great Devon. More than an arm wrestling training, this needs to be seen as a philosophical training for everyone unrelated with arm wrestling. 👏👏👏

    I train/coach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu so why am I addicted to watching arm wrestling competitions and arm wrestlers like Devon talking techniques and strategies. It’s so entertaining. Keep the vids coming!

    I have recently become a fan of competition Arm wrestling.
    Devon is the only reason I know it will not be a fading fab for me, although we have very strong men in Texas, I will say Canada should be proud to have a Superhero walking the streets.

    Just here to comment I have recently become very interested in arm wrestling. Turned 33 and I feel like I need something and I seen a video of Devon and something clicked. These videos of him imparting such wisdom for free are absolutely awesome for me!

    Started Arm Wrestling 💪 4 weeks ago, and your videos are a GODSEND!!! You explain everything so well, and because of your tips im already pinning guys who are veterans.

    NOW I understand why Devon tends to do certain "antics" at the table before a big match. I see now why he argues with the ref in WAL before each match. Yes, it's for show and to get attention and excitement into a match, but it's also very much for a position and to get the guy to reach for his thumb first. Especially if he's gonna toproll or pull on the outside.

    Thats sooo unusual in life that you get someone as a teacher that gives that amount of precence and attention, Devon's a special guy. Most would just have thrown out a couple hints, barely looked the kid in the eyes.

    Ill never forget the day Devon gave me this talk. Hes given this talk to so many thousands of people its insane. His style of teaching and his fundamentals are mostly all invented/modified by himself. A wise fan can tell who devon has trained. High hookers dont armwrestle - they fight jujitsu on a table, and these videos are changing the whole stage. Over the top movie tried putting armwrestling on the map, and kinda failed. Devon is doing it with nothing but a phone camera and his knowledge.

    Arm wrestling is also a great lesson in torque for those physics lessons.
    As well as a great lesson in anatomy, supine vs prone, what muscle groups engage at different rotations of the forearm, etc etc.
    For those parents out there lookin to crosstrain their kids in strength in mind and body!

    I never realize how intricate the world of arm wrestling is. We have devon who is considered as the greats of the sports but levan according to devon will play to whatever you want and can still beat whoop your ass no matter what crazy.

    Other advice topics. How far to reach across the opponents hand. Devon seems to grab at the pointer. And how to “cheat” bend the wrist before the ready go.
