"The perfect slip" is a video I need to see. I suck at those. You could explain some variation of slipping against different styles. Appreciate you, Bob!
You know what would be dope? If there were some sort of "sleeve" with sensors that could measure muscle engagement and could send the data to a computer model which could train with an AI model to simulate billions of matches to develop the perfect arm-wrestling technique. That would be sick.
Isn't it dope that we can learn from another human being that is doing this for decades? How cool is that! And btw, there is no 'perfect AW technique'.. try to make a model of the perfect rock, scissor, paper technique for example..
@@ubredebremaafaka Maybe less 'perfect' and more like 'optimal'. Sure, there's no 'one size fits all' solution, but knowing the exact muscles to engage in certain situations will be so useful in strength and technique training.
Bob great stuff sir. What kind of exercises can you do to strengthen fingers? I do pull ups and rows with a 2x4, plus flat finger weight plate wrist curls (not sure if that makes sense) 🤔 on the table at practice I like trying to keep a flat wrist and containing with just my fingers.
Toproll masterclass in under 5 minutes! Awesome!
Mega more like this please Bob ❤️💪

Maybe in 50 years.. the sport is still young.. but that would be dope!!

@@TravisStump Technique definitely varies based on length of arm and hand size relative to your opponent.
@@TravisStump it would be cool to have a customisable robot with varying arm lenghts and good AI to arm wrestle you when no one's around
