I purchased this machine a little over a year ago and it has broken 4 times. And that is not the worst thing, its the lack of customer service , I keep calling but there are never any supervisors to talk to. And they never call me back. All I hear from Philips is a lot of BS, very busy, or what ever. Philips has never returned my calls and have every time denied me to talk to a supervisor.
Do you need to install a new aqua filter or can I use my existing?

Hi, when I do this, the water only comes out of the hot water spout and not coffee spout.
