Like if I were to buy something in the 400k range with a good buddy of mine cost would be lower for the both of us and so obviously roi aswell. However putting relationship gimmicks aside having a trustworthy business partner.
Just another quick question from my side if you're buying the property for yourself and you pay the rent to the trust does that not implicate a tax rate of like 40% on that income from the trust?

No luckily noy. Remember there is alot of tax deductions. This is why a good accountant is very important
