This defense attorney has me at my wits end. I can’t stand him!!! The way he speaks so condescendingly to the witnesses and constantly interrupts them as they’re answering his questions. Also, I can’t even count the amount of times the state has had to object to a narrative he’s giving, rather than asking questions. It seems he thinks he’s doing a fair job, but I would disagree.
The state isn't objecting enough in my opinion.

Prior actually thinks he’s getting somewhere. What a buffoon. He and Chad exchanging smarmy smiles. When they start reading the text after text after text talking about turning up the pain…giving them something to scream about….Tammys death percentage, I believe the smiles might stop.
It’s so irritating listening to cross examination. I was particularly irked when he was talking about Alex’s internet searches and asked if the detective if he had looked into Alex having a big game hunting license…then just moved on. Like, did YOU look into it, Prior? You’d think an attorney with two brain cells to rub together would have that evidence to show if that were the case. He thinks he’s so sly planting that little seed of doubt..no bro, you’re just a slime ball.
We all know it was Alex with the silencer on his rifle and it jammed.

Tammy was such a pretty woman. Next to the harlot, she was beautiful. Lori was ugly on the inside and outside.
Never seen a court that only are in court for 5 to 6 hours a day. And two and a half hours of those 5 to 6 hours are breaks...
It’s exhausting trying to watch.
It's wild. I'm in central time zone and they finish before "quitting time" here (~5pm) and they are 2 hours behind! Given the projected length of the trial, even adding an hour of testimony each day would add up to shortening the length of the trial over all!

Chubby John Prior and Doughboy Chad constantly trying to body shame Tammy after murdering her is ironic. And I have not seen a lazier court with their constant breaks. There hours of testimony daily seems to be the max.

She started all this and lori. Tried to have Alex kill Tammy. So that makes it look like Chad is in with all of this. Lori and Alex and Melanie Gibbs is sad and this is sad.
She is doing a great job and is really on it with accurate objections to the defense trying to insert a narrative.

It sounds like chad and tammy looked at photos straight after. Maybe with the trauma Chad was able to convince her it wasnt a rifle. Otherwise what what Alexs reason for being near their house on the occasion she was shot at and the night before she was found dead.

This court takes more sidebars, lunches and the longest breaks ever than I've ever seen! The Johnny Depp cases was high profile and they didn't even take this many breaks!!
What also annoys me (among a range of his bullying and condescending traits) is his ‘Is that fair?’ Insinuating that his questions are worthy. Calling for just the standard ‘Yes?’ or ‘No?’ response, where applicable, is fairer/more objective and not swaying the jury to think Prior is fair.
Prior is such a tool bag. Apparently, microphones are a new thing for him. Get it together already.

I cant stand John Prior. Why does he have to continually say Ok twice ? It's not validating what he is trying to force the witnesses to agree to!
I don't care for Prior either but I think he's doing an effective job of inserting seeds of reasonable doubt, which is his job. We have a judicial system that provides for a reasonable defense and defendants are innocent until proven guilty. I think the prosecution is doing a fantastic job at redirect and driving home their points, which are supported by evidence. There is enough evidence, I am sure. One thing that I take exception to is when he (Prior) keeps saying "dug your mother out of the ground" with an inordinate amount of disdain. That is just plain disrespectful.
Chad looks like co-defense counsel or computer tech. Why does he get to use a computer??

You've explains why Chad sent his wife. That texts about the raccoon. The prosecution is trying to cover it up. Chad did not kill these kids. Nor did he know that he was on his property.
I am not sure he didn't know they were on the property. I think there is some truth to Lori and Alex conspiring to murder the kids because well they were / are evil. Gaga Chad went along with anything as long as he could have Lori. The Queen Puppetmaster. It's possible that he (Chad) didn't "do it" but he knew about it and that is enough for conspiracy. The body count alone is enough to pack Chad away for life all is it purely based on proximity and affiliation with the Evil Queen and her incestuous brother.
