New to your Chanel and making my way through but would love tutorials on making leather cuffs and necklaces. Lots of videos on earrings but less on other jewelry.
Never saw transfer tape used like that. I’ll have to try it. When you create patterns, can you maybe do the cut out parts in such a way to accommodate the way the Maker cuts (hope you understand what I’m trying to say).
That's a good suggestion. I think you could try to eliminate all right angles, that might be a good test to try to see the limits of how tight it can cut.
Hello, thanks for posting. in your opinion would this machine or the new M3, work in low volume leather production (small goods)? Or is it only suited to making prototypes or design layout ideas? Thank you.
The M3 should cut a bit faster which would make it a lot more ideal for anything in production but it seems like it uses the same tools and precision cutting may not be improved (I haven't tried out the M3 yet but I'm planning to buy it when it comes out so I will give a better review then) honestly I think it depends on what you're making but the setup of adding transfer tape and taping leather down does take time. And the Cricut will jam occasionally. A homemade 12 ton shop press and dies from AliExpress would be the best budget option.
I saw a video that said you can't cut leather unless you do it on a PC or laptop. It won't let you pick the correct cutting tool if you use a tablet. Is this correct. Thank you
I got my hair stuck on my strong grip mat!! Now I put my hair up when I craft. LOL Love this wallet you made and Love your videos :) P.S. I am from South Africa and curious to know if you have ever seen a real life springbok?
Thank you!
Would adding a score line where it's to fold be helpful?
That is some serious strong grip. Great video!
Kalden!!! Thanks man.
WHAT IS THIS STUDIO SPACE?! WOW
it's our basement wall. Not a dedicated space Ha!
Great video! I laughed so hard at all the stuff getting stuck to the strong grip mat 😂. I’m definitely going to make this. Thanks for sharing!❤️
Bahaha! Glad you enjoyed it. :)

Could you use snapmat to help you w project alignment
Definitely!
Would you be willing to do a tutorial on how to make a wall envelope with leather using a Cricut?
Dos it make any bad smill? Or some black dust on the adges ?
The cricut explore 3 doesn't make the same work with leather?
Thank you.

is it possible to cut stitch 0.5mm holes for sewing via cricut?
it doesnt do the best job of cutting small intricate details
@@SpringbokCraftCo so sad :( hoped it could do this
Instead of the transfer tape you could just mirror your image and put the leather on the mat flesh side up
Can you engrave on this as well?

thanks for commenting. I haven't ever tried it on a tablet, but I believe that's correct you can only use the knife tool on a computer.

Love it!!
How did you design that shape on the design space software?
I used Adobe Illustrator to draw it out and converted to an SVG.
Tim Horton’s cards? Hah, I put them in my wallet…specifically the ApplePay…. I mean the App with which I can order ahead.
