I got tired of charcoal not burning right for me so I bought one of these a YEAR ago and still haven't used it. Watching your video makes it look fun and easy. I think it's time to try it out.
Blackstone recommends their own griddle conditioning formula but it's pricey. They also say any food grade oil will work. Canola oil is often used due to it's high smoke point and mild taste. Plus we had it readily available in the pantry so we went with it:) It worked great!! Thanks for the question!!
