I take this griddle on many trips. I use it more than my grill. it's EZ!!!!

Just bought one of these mine has 2 “wings “ riveted inside bottom. Issue I’m having is not able to pack the grease tray down inside for storage. Anyone else have this issue or know why they put those in? TIA….I may drill rivets out remove “wing” .
Not sure about the riveted wings, but, I use a milk crate to carry most of my traveling Blackstone griddle junk.
I was told that the lid for the Adventure 17" tabletop griddle is not hinged and you cannot use it when cooking. Is this correct?
I don't have a lid on this one. couldn't tell ya.
Season that thing in your oven. It'll fit. Way easier and comes out way more even.
The oven technique is good. I use it on all my cast-iron. However, I wanted to use Blackstones official guide in this video. Also, you risk smoking up your kitchen using the oven technique. Ask me how I know! Lol.
