Hey hun! Your work is amazing!!! I tried doing this rolling the fondant to apply in my cakes but it dries out :/ i think is the brand. i use satin ice. What fondant do you use or do you make your own

Donde se consiguen esos springles de colores?

Love this cake😍 do you buy your fondant or make it?
Hi Abby. When you put the cake already with fondant doesn’t create humidification? Or do like sweat?
Nice work...I tried paneling a cake like in your video, but I couldn't do it! How long it took you to do it they way?
OMG😍😍😍 so beautiful. Love your techniques. Very valuable videos. Can please know what brand dusts you use in your cakes😍😍😍

Hello I'm new to your channel absolutely love your work where did you get the crown cutter thank you
I love this cake so creative, can you pls tell me where you purchase the crown cutter
Baking with TiCa I bought it in The Netherlands 😄. If you Google Elsa Crown Cookie Cutter - you'll find a few different options where you can purchase it 😉
I love your RUclips channel and your amazing work. I was wondering if you can share where you got that white amazing ruler, I desperately need one🤗
Julia Brennan Thank you so much! I ordered it on a Dutch website ages ago :). I believe they don't sell it anymore. It is a 63 cm large one, maybe you can search for quilt rulers. These are larger than average too 😁😁
The Cake & Bake Boutique Thanks so much for your prompt reply. I was looking on amazon and found one similar. Again, thanks and keep on caking your beautiful cake....you’re amazing, God bless🤗
Hello, I new at watching your videos, and I just want to say your so talented, just wondering where did you learn how to make such beautiful cakes?... I enjoyed all the ones I could find so far...
Hi Saraia, thank you so much! Glad you're enjoying them 😊. I have a few playlists on my channel so they're easier to find for you 😉.
I am a self taught cake designer. I get inspired for designs from basically anything 😄. Before I started I did a few basic workshops and explored my own methods along the way to make things easier, faster or simpler. 😘
I love your videos! Also your worktable. What material is it?
Gracie Thanks 😁! It's a laminated kitchen benchtop - at least I think that's what it's called haha 🤗
New Subbie.. Beautiful Cake.. 😊😊😊
Beautiful! How is that your BC and your fondant doesn't sweat after 30 to 1 he in the fridge? Mine would sweat a lot
It depends on what buttercream and fondant you use and also what climate :). In summertime I need to switch from brands because of the heat and then it will sweat too. SMBC is prone to sweating easier than American Buttercream :). Massa Ticino Tropic is a perfect fondant for any climate and any buttercream. Hope this helps!
Wow, what a stunning creation. How can I accurately use the red velvet recipe to make the sizes for the cakes?
Caly Moyal Thank you :)! The recipe is easy to double in quantity, luckily haha!
I fill my baking pans to 1/3 or 1/2 full for each layer in the same diameter. The baking time is shorter this way than to bake one thick cake and slice it in 3-4 portions.
I bake it at 160°C. The baking times are different for each diameter and even with different ovens. I would suggest checking the first time after 25 minutes. You can check it with a skewer, if it comes out clean - the cake is done. If the skewer is crumbly, leave it for another 2-5 minutes. If the skewer has wet batter, leave it in for another 7-10 minutes and check again :).
Hope this helps!
The Cake & Bake Boutique, you are so lovely!!.. Thank you so much xxx
Caly Moyal You're welcome 😘
