I just want to say that I've watched a few Lego stop motion tutorials over the last 6 months. Your Lego walking animation is by far the smoothest I've seen. Once you know the fundamentals, fitting it to a frame rate just takes practice. I’m not sure there’s a tutorial out there that will teach you exactly what to do.

0:24 you got the two swapped, when you’re making a character go fast, you would want to use less frames as opposed to slow movement needing more frames.
