I'm so glad you rescued Frankie. He is a Siamese fighting fish (Betta Splendons). I had several of these and some do appear to be tatty. Don't get another one like him (he is a male) and put it in the same tank. The boys will fight each other and if you do get a female one, Frankie is most likely to chase her relentlessly around the tank. In most pet stores, they house the male species individually inside a small enclosure within the tank. Hope this helps xx

Awww poor baby that breaks my heart they just threw him in the trash so heartless! As an animal lover that royally ticks me off! I'm so glad yall saved him! This is why I love yall! I know he will have a amazing forever home now with lots of love! I would check that dumpsters from now on! If you can cause who knows what you might save! I've heard from alot of ppl Pet co's & pet stores in general will throw fish if they dont "have room" or if they aren't pretty enough to catch customers eyes, or if they think they won't last with out even giving em a chance it's so so sad! The bag of flower pieces are from when they clean out the silk flower displays. You always find pieces that fell off the stems as people were buying other stems.

Those wooden trays would make lovely serving trays, for lunch, or snacks...tea time, anything! Sheets in any condition can be made into crocheted rugs.

Good save for Frank! It’s not the first time people have found live fish in dumpsters, usually Beta fish! Lots of info videos on here for looking after them! Xxxx
The fabric flowers can be used on headbands, jaw clips, denim jackets, summer dresses, purses...and even glued onto picture frames. Hope Frankie is still doing well! They are best kept alone. As they are considered a fighting fish.
Hey guys, I love your videos! Definitely donate the flower and plant bits that you don't use as people look for those parts to make cemetery grave decor. For that wooden pet gate thing, I would wood glue the piece back on, lay it next to a similar size board (to keep it flat) and use belts or racheting straps to hold it until it dries completely, over 24 hours. Great finds! I love to see this stuff NOT going to our landfills! 😃
