i have a similar problem, but not in my face, in my belly, it worries me because i wanna get rid of it but i am already skinny like, if i lose more weight most of it would be muscles and other parts of my body that dont need to lose weight. You probably have a weak core, train your inner abdomen by doing incline sit ups. Your inner abdomen is the muscle that tucks everything in neat and nicely
Dieting won't reduce muscle size unless you're in a huge caloric deficit or don't work out. The only way to get rid of that fat is to be in a caloric deficit. Dieting is your best bet for this.
Very intelligent video! I also struggle with facial bloating & I notice that gut health & digestive issues are linked with mine as well as the other factors you mentioned. Specifically if I'm not feeding my good gut bacteria well enough (probably has something important to do with hormone regulation) & when I'm digesting difficult foods (especially proteins or foods I'm intolerant to).

Right now there's some unwanted fat on my face & I'm under 15%bodyfat. I think I'm gonna have to keep cutting till sub 12% until the fat leaves. I've heard that face fat is usually the first to show & the last to leave. It's super annoying. But definitely make sure it is face fat though. Often times bloating looks like fat since the water can be stored under the existing fat.

idk gym just doesn't do the job for me in terms of losing weight, i gained and lost more than 10 kg at a span of 2 months 4 times in my life, sometimes i just wanna eat as much as i can and somitemes i have a meal once in 2 days, that's just one of these periods, i've gone down from 97 to 77 in 2 maybe 3 months with one simple rule: if u eat snacks u don't eat anything else, i think it's kinda bad for overall health, but it's good for mental state, tasty food just lifts it up a bunch for me, i don't feel damage as of tight now, will see how it goes, so if u just want to lose weight it may be a good advice.
It’s common to retain fat in certain areas at your age due to puberty so don’t worry too much about it, as long as you’re eating healthy and going to the gym 3-4 times a week you’re gonna be fine

Something I’ve noticed as well at least for me. I was morbidly obese at 278 pounds. I lost a ton of weight, all in 1 year down to 142. It’s been almost a year since I got to my “goal weight” I set for myself which was 155 pounds. My face was still very chubby and looked completely off compared to the rest of my body. I ended up just keeping on the cut until I hit 142 pounds. I felt tiny but even still my cheeks weren’t concave at all and my jawline is still soft. I’ve noticed however, even while I’m on bulking phases that my face is still adjusting. It seems to be getting more lean looking month to month. I’m currently 160 pounds and my face looks way more lean than it did even when I was 142 pounds. So yes body composition is more important than body weight and also your face may need to simply have time to adjust to your new weight if you lost a lot in a short time frame. When you’re consuming a high carb diet for the gym I would suggest eating as little sodium as possible, with plenty of fruit and vegetables for potassium. That will help maintain lower water retention in your face.

It's weird. When I was 19 I had a skinny face with little fat. Now I'm 21 and I've built fat in certain areas of my face despite not gaining weight. I did have a shoulder injury and stopped going to the gym and live a very sedentary life style with little exercise in comparison to before, but my face has changed a lot. Please get checked by a doctor, this happened to me before and I was diagnosed with gastritis. This could also happened due to side effects of medication. Your body is refusing to eat because since you haven’t eaten in a while, it will not recognise it as food and will force you to gag.

If your goal is to “spot reduction” (which technically is impossible), you should combine like 30 minutes of cardio with weight training for that body part you’re trying to lose fat from.

If your goal is to “spot reduction” (which technically is impossible), you should combine like 30 minutes of cardio with weight training for that body part you’re trying to lose fat from.
