Any idea why my chain won’t tighten when I spin the hub? Im out of adjustment and the chain didn’t righting a bit ?

Your chain may be worn out. If you can pull the back of the chain where it meets the rear sprocket, and see a gap I would recommend replacing the rear sprocket and chain together.
