So for some reason the setup I have now on my 07 YFZ 450 is working. Not sure about what size sprockets i have on, but they work. I bought a front and rear sprocket that have less teeth which is what I wanted. The rear one went on like butter but the front one does not. I have a problem where chain wont go on the front half. Is it because of the Master Link chain which thickens the chain? The quad came with its original chain which was a non Master Link chain and it worked with the old sprockets which is the size that I'm trying to put on now. (I have bigger sprockets on now which clear the case. That's why the setup is working right now.) So my question is, do I need to buy a non Master Link chain to be able to put this smaller from sprocket on, or is there another cheaper way? Current sprocket is missing too much teeth (4-6 right now I think) Good old YFZ 450 power. But anyways, sorry for a long message but if you know anything about a fix that possibly can be cheap enough, that would be great!
