Pilates For Desk Posture | 10 Minute Break | Lottie Murphy

  • If you have 10 minutes to get away from your desk, get moving and recorrect your posture than this is the routine for you! We will stretch out, open up the shoulders and increase the mobility in your spine, hips and hamstrings. Enjoy and remember Pilates is self care, take 10 for you!

    It's almost been a year and I'm still doing this regularly. No more back pain or stiffness in certain areas of my body. It becomes more relaxed, and even though I'm still WFH and sitting most of the time of the day, my posture isn't much affected. Your other videos help me as well, thanks heaps Lottie 💖

    This is the 3rd time I'm doing this and I wanted to let you know that after a couple of hours behind my laptop this feels really good. My shoulders feel so much better 😌.

    Really nice session i can fit in at lunch time or just after the working day. Can you do more 10 or 15 minute ones for posture/desk workers. Love your videos. Thank you

    Loving the routines to keep us going in Lockdown (I'm in Victoria Australia and we are in full stage 4 lockdown ) Your videos are breaking up my day - I"m trying to do two of your videos a day - what about a combination video? Like an am and a pm type pairing?? Just an idea. Love your work

    Hi, Lottie, I'm new to your videos - not new to pilates though, so I find iz very easy to follow your instructions. I work from home and I have problems with my knees because of sitting. I would enjoy a short standing routine that I could do without getting on the mat to bring some life into my legs and knees during my working hours. Just as a suggestion. Thank you for all the free videos - I appreciate your minimalistic approach and the pot plants! Have a nice day, Ana

    Hi Lottie, thanks for a lovely routine as always. I’ve been dealing with some wrist issues lately because of my desk job and was wondering if you had any wrist friendly exercises to avoid carpel tunnel syndrome. Also, you are the best, you make me so calm and energized at the same time. A big thank you!! Once the pandemic is over, I would love to make it for an in person class ( if you plan on having those in London)
