    I am a one year out stroke survivor. I just "tripped" upon you and your videos. Everytime I find one to fit my level of movement that will ultimately increase my limits, I literally bawl. You are such an asset to my OT and PT! Medical insurance only pays for so much, and you definitely fill in the gaps. Because of my improvements, they recommend you to other patients.❤️
    Thank you for loving us through your camera.

    Thank you! I am a yoga therapist and have students who have not been receiving their other therapies. I’ve worked with PT and OT in the past, but have been looking to include exercises that cover the therapy gaps even more. This is very helpful for a few of my students. Please keep sharing! We need this help more than ever 🙏

      dan mcanney I found the MS Gym after I got released from stroke rehab last year. The MS Gym work outs in addition to my PT and OT have helped so much! If you have not done so already, you should check out the MS Gym facebook group. SO many great exercises! I wish you the best recovery!

    Thank you so much for your videos, they have helped me a lot. One question: does it make any difference if you massage your legs towards your heart, instead of up to down?

    I back again. After HSCT I have a little more stiffness/spasticity which other MSers say can take month or even a year or two before easing off. But I need to put in the work I'm told!

    Hi Trevor! Thanks for this video! I’m new to your channel and I find you quite great! I have a question: what do I do with these kind of exercises where I have to keep my knees bent but the shake or fall to the sides? I thought about using a resistance band ( the ones that are a loop)? Thanks so much again!

    Trevor IF you have a chance to put a paper tutorial together on this, it'd be much appreciated - but I understand if it's just easiest this way - I pray to put it all to memory; God bless you & thanks

    Hey Trevor! Thanks for these exercises! I was having a lot of spasticity in my lower back (L5/S1) and these exercises relieved it. I also have a brain injury so I can't do anything from the upper body without aggravating my injury. Haven't found anything or anybody to work around this.

    I’m terrified to try anything with my hips. The part where the ball connects your leg, not sure what it’s called, hurts me so bad. Even turning over in bed takes my breath away. Getting out of an suv kills me. What is something simple I can start off with to work my way up to more? Thank you in advance. Melonie

    • @philfarina3470
      @philfarina3470 3 года назад

      Melonie - I help Trevor out with the RUclips site and I’m also a member. Sounds like your hips are tight and you probably have an anterior pelvic tilt. Try gently massaging your TFL to release and then there is a standing TFL stretch video. For the anterior pelvic tilt you can check out the core movement minutes playlist or the Sitting BGB playlist
