Hi, I have one question over here. We all know that after 40-45 years old there is huge problem to get a Full Time job for IT people in India. Is it the same barrier for the remote work or they only looking for knowledge and expertise whatever the age it is?? Suppose I am 56 years old but have a very good expertise in developing the code and other tech stack. Should I get the remote job or not. @ParasThakur, Can you please ask him and confirm.
