Power Cleaning Instructions
You can run a Power Cleaning using the control panel on your product.
Note: After a Power Cleaning, you must turn off the product and wait at least 12 hours before running another Power Cleaning.
Turn off the product.
Visually check the ink levels and make sure each ink tank is at least one-third full.
Caution:
If you run a Power Cleaning when the ink levels are low, you may damage the product.
Press and hold the power button and the help button at the same time until you see the Power Cleaning screen.
Follow the instructions on the LCD screen to run the Power Cleaning.
When the Power Cleaning is finished, run a nozzle check.
If the print quality did not improve, turn off the product and wait at least 12 hours before running another Power Cleaning.
If the print quality does not improve after running the Power Cleaning utility multiple times, contact Epson for support.

My printer is printing all colors except for yellow. There is 0 yellow color. What is going on? Would the power clean fix it?

Yes you will need to do a power cleaning and if that doesn't work you may need to do a manual cleaning with the Best Printers Cleaning Kit, geni.us/wArXsZT. As long as you change out the maintenance box you should be able to do many power cleanings.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! I had contacted Epson (no 800 number support) about my Epson et 2720 not printing (red and yellow) and kept getting the same recommendation to do the nozzle check and clean, but NOWHERE did I read about this POWER CLEAN option. I was about to take my printer apart and do the flushes recommended elsewhere on RUclips when after about the 10th search came up with your video. I followed the instructions and did the power clean and voila!!! Perfect results!!!! I would never have known about this feature without your video! I DID have to read many of the comments because I did not catch in your directions to UNPLUG the printer prior to holding in the power button and question mark to get the power clean menu. I wasn't getting anywhere. AGAIN THANK YOU so much!!! You fixed my printer!!!!
MY mistake..........DON'T unplug the printer, just turn it off. I confused a suggestion from Epson.

Same, I went as far as ordering new plastic cartridges for the print head thinking it was clogged. As the ink wasn’t getting from the eco tank to the printer head.
Brandon. My name is David K. I used your cleaning solution followed by the Power Cleaning cycle as your video recommended. Printer prints like new now, and previously, all three individual colors would not print.
FYI. I also bought an $11 maintenance box replacement at the same time, and topped off all the ink tanks with new ink.

I can't get mine to do anything after I got it cleaned and added new ink. Plugged it back in, I read in one of the comments to unplug it prior to holding in the power button and question mark to get the power cleaning menu I can't get it to do anything. I don't know it doesn't come up with the power clean menu. What can I do?
Any thoughts on this Just purchased a brand new epson et-2750 did a nozzle check and skipping lines did all what epson say did 3 cleaning with the checks between each clean and didn't help much going to wait 12hr to do next step but not to happy with the printer

Whenever I hold the help and power button I just get the inspection mode like how it is every time I turn int on and off. How long am I supposed to hold them together?
I do not have a question mark or a LCD screen in my model. How do I power clean? The blue ink is not coming up at all in the nozzle check

My printer says it can’t power clean because I have to replace the maintenance box. I recently did that though. I’m only getting blank pages still. Already used the cleaning solution to flush nozzles. Suggestions?
How do you get those pizza wheels marks out I cleaned nozzle everything is looking fine but when I print I get lines and they won’t go away and when I turn paper around I scan feel those lines please help thank you
When you test print head are the lines suppose to be straight or a little jagged?

Had a Epson ET-7750 for about 18 months and after an update it’s now starting to drag and make a dragging noise almost ripping the paper yet when I start up the printer it runs back and forth without doing this it’s only when it gets ready to print the box that carries the print heads drops and starts to drag🤷♂️ could this be a sensor that is dirty? I’ve called Epson and they just try to sell me a new printer not really an option at £700 for a new one is there anything you can recommend/ will using your cleaning liquid fix this? Please help ☹️

The printer itself is only showing blk as ink it's recognizing.
Colour is filled, wont print colour, and it wont show up on the test print either.

New printer with only 1/3 ink used so far. Had a horizontal line appearing and horizontal alignment was fine. Used this method and hope it works

I hope you can assist. I have ET 8550 that I purchased new about two weeks ago and colors aren't accurate especially the red. The red looks like magenta. will this process work? I don't understand why I would need to do this if I just bought. I've googled, even searched You Tube, and tik tok. I'm not sure what else to do, but a power head cleaning. Any suggestions. I used your cleanding product before, and the colors on my Epson ET-2750 were imperfect, but after a year I lost two of the colors entirely. I cleaned the printer again with no success unitl I saw your video on PowerCleaning. It worked perfectly! All colors are now restored to their original splendor.

Question: I did the power cleaning and at the end of the power cleaning, the power to the printer immediately shut off and cannot get it to turn back on. I did some research online on the epson website and saw some language that states I need to wait 12 hours after a power cleaning to do a nozzle check. My question is, did my printer turn off on purpose and will it stay off for 12 hours, or is there something else going on? I followed your directions to a T but cannot figure out why it would immediately shut off like that after a power cleaning. Thanks.
I cleaned the Yellow, Magenta and cyan print heads using the best printers cleaning kit. Im still not getting any color. I ran the diagnostic on the heads and no lines whatsoever. Only Black. What can be the issue? I have an Epson ET-2750. I waited 20 hrs after cleaning heads to check it.

How do I read the LED screen showing my maintenance box level? I think it looks like it is half full. If that is the case is it ok to go through the power cleaning without replacing the box? Do I click "dismiss" when the instruction is to replace it when it comes up?
Yes, as long as the message is not persistent, and it allows you to dismiss I would do that yes.
I need to add that the error code is 031006 which I've learned is a burnt motherboard or printhead. I'm guessing printhead since I just finished using your cleaning kit and doing the power cleaning. So any suggestions? Appears that all that fluid might have caused a short.
Does anyone know how to do a POWER CLEANING on the WF-7710 or WF-7720? There is no question mark button on this machine.

Thank you. The instructions never said to turn the power off first. I was able to do the power cleaning and it said that the print quality should be better after 12 hours. First time I saw the ink level actually drop. I was looking for checking ink levels and never was able to find it. Thank you for the power cleaning info.

Hi, where does all the flushed ink go through after doing a power cleaning? The ink tank level went down considerably after doing a power cleaning but I can't understand how the ink magically disappeared to somewhere
it goes into the ink waste collection tank.

So I flushed my ink with the cleaner and power cleaned it and now my printer won’t turn on, I had my ink all above the second line. Do you have any idea on what I should do? I unplugged it for a few minutes and then plugged it back and in and held the power button.
Give it a few business days and try powering on again but dont try powering it on in the mean time.
Ran through the kit twice but this totally fixed it for me. Thanks!

Did this now I’m getting way too much ink (big rectangles) of ink on nozzle check page. What fixes this? Is it broken beyond repair?
The printhead needs to be regulated, this will only happen over some time and printing test pages repeatedly.

I have a ECO TANK 2850 and have done the printer cleaning kit and am trying to do the power cleaning. But when I go to the power clean it says the ink level may not be adequate, but I have filled all of my ink chambers. It does not give me the option to run the power clean. I tried doing the power button and help button, but it does not go to the power clean.
If you hook it up to the PC, you can get into the settings and maintenance through your PC and run a power cleaning that way
mine will not seems to get into the power clean mode. After I power it off and hold down the power and ? button togther the on the screen it displays printer mode and thats it

Hi Susan if you dont have a question mark button you may need to run the power cleaning from a pc under utility settings.

Ok i have the epson 2720, i did the power clean and my test page still comes out missing lines. I’m ready to throw it away!!
I have that same issue with my et2760, suddenly stopped printing yellow mid photo. did a couple nozzle cleaning with the printer software and yellow was completely gone. found your kit i bought a while ago, and flushed out the yellow nozzle. nothing coming on yellow purge pages i made. i even put the syringe on the ink tube(thinking i got a ink clot in there) to suck up some ink...after some vacuum from the syringe it came through. try yellow purge page again...nothing...i will try to do a power clean tomorrow and hope that clears it up.
Also try warming up the solution, my most recent video explains how.
I have a new 2850 and when I print the test page there is one single black line missing and everything else is fine. I have tried 3 times the cleaning program on the printer but its always the same with one single black bar missing. Do you have any suggestions and will one single missing black line make a difference? Thanks so much!!!

How do you power clean the Epson ET-2650? I did the video cleaning the head and flushing it but now I cant power clean it and it wont print ANY black which is the color I cleaned. I have looked all over everywhere and I cant figure it out. I don't have a help button and there isn't an option in the printer when I open it on my laptop.
It's an option in the maintenance window of the software. Same menu as Nozzle Check. It's called Power Ink Flushing.
Power Cleaned my ET3750 at least 3 times. I just changed the maintenance tank and after 2 power cleanings, the ink levels are the same but the software tells me the $15 maintenance tank is getting full. Still not printing anything in any color, either, Have not tried cleaning the heads with the syringe/fluid yet. I am suspecting something else is wrong. Ideas? TY!

Well, I knew better than to try this myself. After doing the cleaning system and power cleaning, my Epson ET2760 says, "Printer error. Contact Epson Support. Non-printing features are available." Any suggestions?

Yellow and cyan were not working on my Epson ET-2720. After finding your videos on RUclips I bought the kit on Amazon. I watched them a couple of times and and followed the instructions. It did the job and I'm good to go now. As this video states, power cleaning is required. Thank you, you saved me money! I would suggest that you put the ET-2720 information into one video. I found the procedure to access the print head, the cleaning instructions, and this video about the need for power cleaning in three different videos.

Attempted to clean my black cartridge using your cleaning kit. After running fluid through the back portal three times I still get a white line through any black image or font. Any suggestions?
You may need to do another cleaning and this time use warmed up cleaning fluid. You can heat the cleaning fluid over a hot pan of water.

The included tubing in the printer cleaning kit seems to fit the print head on my Epson ET-4760 but is too small to fit on the syringe, is there supposed to be an adapter for it?
No you should be able to fit it on with a screwing motion.
@@BestPrinters I finally got it on but it wasn't so simple: See comment on your other video where you actually demonstrate screwing it on where I explain how I finally managed it using one hand that isn't paralyzed, a hobby vice and a Carpenter/Plumber/Ex-Navy Nuke's trick to het it started. I bought the kit and followed all instructions and my printer still not working well there's lines on my pictures
So I have a question. My printer isn't printing. It's brand new and I was able to print out 2 pages and then the red stopped working and was printing yellow and then all the colors stopped. Hey Brandon, I used your system to clean my Epson eco tank et-3750, you did not have this info in that video, I called epson and they told me there is no way to do a recharge, I had to buy a new printer, When I searched for a video on recharging this did not come up, I lost time and money....

Oh yes!
My Epson 2800 was not printing Green ( It is rarely used for color print). I did several nozzle cleanings with very minor improvement. Then I discovered "Power Clean" which resolved the problem right away. I printed a color page right after the Power Clean finished and it printed fine in crisp colors.
I think the 12 hour wait before a second Power Clean is needed to give the pads to soak the ink used in Power Clean so that they do not get saturated.
After using the Power Cleaning my printer will not turn on. Printer is connected. I reinstalled my printer. The power cleaning did not use the ink as you said. Now what?
Power cleaning should not have caused your printer to not power on. Try a different outlet or power cable.

Yes, it is.
Will this work as to remove the regular ink completely from the tank??? Did the mistake on adding the regular ink instead of the sublimation ink and idk what to do :(

None of my colors where printing after cleaning out old ink and putting in sublimation ink, so I tried this and it still didn't circulate. Therefore didn't use the 1/3 tank of ink.. or any for that matter. Assuming I just jacked up my printer considering it basically performed this process dry?!
You can still salvage it most likely, if you do a manual flush of the entire system. I know there are videos out there on how to do that.
HI! I have tried your liquid solution but my printer still has missing lines and when I print, it has gaps. I basically finished the whole bottle and it didn't work.
Run the power cleaning until the color returns.

@@BestPrinters dude you saved my printer that with the clean the little filter if it smears which hit print and unplug it so you can see the filter then wipe it down with a cleanex or something or maybe some rubbing alcahol fixes the black smear probelem, thx again and maybe that can help you if you ever have that problem, best printer i've ever had again.

Hasn't worked for me. Printed a million cleaning pages, filled my $40 Maitenance tank, flushed with a SOLUTION kit, STILL GET STREAKS. FRUSTRATED. EPSON says I should send it in for cleaning
Tried this and it DID work. It did a nozzle check with no problem. I shut it off without printing anything else. But the next day, I got a printer error E-01 and to call epson support. Now, no matter what I do, I can't get the printer past this problem. And there are no pape jams??
It might be time to consider buying a new printer.

After buying the Best Cleaner's kit and watching your video while using it in my cyan only, I now have no print at al- with ANY colorl!!!
My ink levels after the process show: B- 100%, C- 90%, M- 90%, Y- 80% Help please...
