WARNING: POWER CLEANING MUST BE PERFORMED AFTER PRINTHEAD CLEANING. Please refer to the Power Cleaning Instructions at the bottom of this page.
    Website: bestprinterstech.com
Step 1. Print a nozzle Check.
Step 1a. Do not proceed with cleaning unless printer ink is full. Not having full ink may cause damage to the printhead.
    Step 2: Unplug Printer
In order for the printhead to be out of place and be worked on. You must unplug the printer while it is printing. This will not cause damage to the printer if done less than a few times.
    Step 3.Unscrew Printhead Cover.
Step 4: Place paper towel under the
    printhead.
Step 5: Pull out vein of color you are having issues with.
Step 6: Place Syringe tubing over printer nozzel and apply pressure to push cleaning solution through.
Bonus Step: Using the empty syring suck
in some of the ink and push it back in to
add additional pressure to the ink
    compartment.
    Step 7: Remove syringe tubbing.
Step 8 : Reattach printer vein.
    Step 9: Remove paper towel.
Step 10: Place printhead cover back on.
Step 11. Turn printer on and attempt to print a nozzle Check Report.
Step 12. Print color pictures until all color come back to normal.
Step 13. Repeat process if necessary.
The reason the eco tank models are more prone to print quality issues is due to the marketing from
Epson that the ink will last for 2 years. This means people think they dont have to check or buy ink
for 2 years. Except when you print more than 150 pages per month and now your ink is empty and damaging your printhead by running it with low ink. This is what causes the damage. Do not allow your ink levels to get too low.
    Power Cleaning INSTRUCTIONS:
You can run a Power Cleaning using the control panel on your product.
Note: After a Power Cleaning, you must turn off the product and wait at least 12 hours before running another Power Cleaning.
    Turn off the product.
Visually check the ink levels and make sure each ink tank is at least one-third full.
    Caution:
If you run a Power Cleaning when the ink levels are low, you may damage the product.
Press and hold the power button and the help button at the same time until you see the Power Cleaning screen.
Follow the instructions on the LCD screen to run the Power Cleaning.
When the Power Cleaning is finished, run a nozzle check.
If the print quality did not improve, turn off the product and wait at least 12 hours before running another Power Cleaning.
If the print quality does not improve after running the Power Cleaning utility multiple times, contact Epson for support.

I used your method and product. My printer now works! Yay! I needed to do what Steve below said he did: After I ran the cleaning solution through my red cartridge, I then used the empty syringe to suck ink from the tank, and then syringed it back into the cartridge to re-ink it. I actually had to re-ink twice. (Maybe about 5ml of ink.) Then after several times of running the "clean printhead" mode, it now seems to be working fine. My printer model is Epson ET-4550.

shouldnt you be sucking out whatever ink is in there first, as explained in the video? I have a 3750 and thats what ill be doing. I agree that it might as well be put back into the tank as well so long as its clean. Makes sense lol.

I have Epson ET -2650 and we can’t print colors for 3 years only black work. Then I try your method after cleaning the head printer and try to print nothing was printed no ink at all.
So I try Nozzle cleaning and nozzle check nothing work was thinking have to buy new printer but I’m not give up so I redo Nozzle cleaning and Nozzle check for about 5 times and it started to see the blue color so I keep doing it for three more times and all the colors came back
Yes they all work perfect now! Very happy for the Result and it very easy!!

@@srikarvundavalli5934 Funny you should ask. I just burned up my 2nd Ecotank print head trying to clean it. They're clog monsters. Garbage printers. I threw it in the trash where it belongs. Color laser printers are more affordable now, but they're still expensive. Buy a regular printer with a regular cartridge head. I just purchased a Canon TR8620. I also purchased refillable (bootleg) cartridges online for it from a place called Ink Owl. (They weren't cheap. 60 bucks.) I also purchased bottles of refill ink so I don't have to pay the outrageous prices for the OEM cartridges. I have an old 2013 Epson NX515 with bootleg refill cartridges (20 bucks) & bottles of refill ink (20 bucks) that are just now running low. That printer is still running strong & my ink bill for the last 8 years has been 40 bucks. Do the math. People think they're saving money with these Ecotanks, but in the long run maintenance on them is horrible & burdensome... and expensive if you have to replace them. I've owned 2 of them. NEVER AGAIN! Good luck.

Because in the way shown in the video there wi be alot of cleaning solution in those white tanks, how do you get the cleaning solution out? You dont need to flush the printhead with ink? Yellow and magenta stop working and then a few pages later of troubleshooting so does cyan. I buy the cleaning kit, follow this EXCELLENT video (easy to understand, clear step-by-step instructions right down to the paper towel) and cleaned all of them - some were difficult to get the fluid through but they did all seem to flush.
assembled all excitedly and now NO INK AT ALL. The first pass to align printheads produced an inky watery ooze on the paper vs. clear lines now nothing at all. I've tried all of the cleaning settings on the printer and don't want to have to do it all again - do you have to recharge the ink into the print head? Someone here mentioned they sucked some out of the tank with the tubing and "primed" the heads again with with ink - should that be done?
BTW that little screw is IN THERE TIGHT. Needed a little WDW-40 to help it along.

My printer sat unused fro about 6 months and so Ive cleaned the print head with this kit and the actual nozzle heads that go to the paper, twice. Even after this i get white sheets of paper, nothing at all seems to print. I have also tried siphoning ink from the tanks, through the ink cartridges from below, and this draws ink, but when told to print, still no colors at all come out. Any ideas?

Brandon, I did what you suggested. It worked for a while, then, when printing up the test pattern, I got a large rectangle of black superimposed over small rectangles of colors. I had not replaced that white plastic cover (attached with a small screw), and thought that could be the problem. I replaced it, and now I get no printing at all. Please get back to me as to what to do. or if anyone else has had this prob, contact me.

Epson 2750 one with the common software fault that prevent power cleaning, can be cleaned simply by tilting the printer as much as possible ( as you dare, say 70 degrees) in all directions. It works better than anything else. The printer is as new after that. That probably means that it is air in the tybes that is the problem, not sure what the creates the problem.

No need for geek squad, you will need to repeat the cleaning process from the very first step. Once you completed that you'll need to do several power cleanings or deep cleanings either of your choosing. And that should bring back all of your color.

Have you manually reset the ink level? It has no way of knowing when you refill so you have to log into the epson app on your computer and tell it they are full. It doesn't actually SENSE the ink is there or not - it relies on an average consumption based on what has been printed.

Here is the question of the year: How you can remove the ink from the eco tanks? The thing is i use sublimation ink which has a shelf life of about 2 years before they could possibly harm the print head. I filled in only 30ml when i first got the printer and i doubt i will use those 30ml in two years, so i have to find a way to remove the ink and fill in fresh ink. Can you buy empty eco tanks somewhere?
