    I’m scared of almost every food I put in my mouth except for five different foods because I have had histamine intolerance reactions and that’s made me binge and purge because I can’t eat the food so I want to so this has been the hardest thing for me to stop doing because I so badly wanna eat the food again but I’m allergic to almost everything now. Everything in a package that’s processed with added sugar is toxic. It’s best to eat an organic whole food diet. I’ve done high fat keto fat doesn’t make you fat. You’ll loose weight from it. It’s the added sugars and carbs that make people fat and sick. SUGAR MORE ADDICTIVE THAN COCAIN MSG IS BAD TOO.

    Why would a person no longer want, let alone crave, a specific food? Even after introducing, say chocolate, I never crave it I just eat it. But others like cake, pie etc. the desire never comes.

    Great video, but it would be much more helpful if you wouldn't mention your fear foods... my daughter eats nuts, I think she doesn't even know about fats in nuts. If I show her this video, she will refuse eating nuts.
