The community and villa layout is very thoughtful. It's checks off all the boxes I would want. Unique featuer is that master bedroom make-up area with all that closet space. No husband will be able to say no to their wife when she that! LOL Best Wishes Gim!

You can not avoid to repeat yourself when you do many presentations of similar objects. Things like natural light , beautiful view is positive info for buyer. However , no need to explain every single objects, let the picture speek for it self

Says you you do realize it’s ready to move in right my home in Siracha was 6 million baht I had to buy everything Most houses come with nothing No build in no ac units no beds no kitchen Nothing and a pool cost around 500,000 baht add that plus landscaping I say this home is way good deal and it looks like the windows and doors are double glass unlike the glass in my home is single glass and hot as hell when the sun is on it unless you live here you have no idea what your talking about.

Foreigners can own the villa but not the land it sits on. Get a long term lease for the land from the Thai owner.
Too bad foreigners can not own these type of properties.

Not over priced compared to houses in California. But an American can't buy it anyway so I guess it doesn't really matter what it costs
