Thai style carport, if you could get 2 medium sized cars under that carport with one of them you will need to crawl out through the boot....amazing had built in robes and decent bathrooms, not in pressed with the floor tiles and I seen enough new budget houses in my area with them, kitchen was underwhelming, and really at 6.3m should have furniture and window coverings.
Foreigners can buy and own outright the house, in their name, but not the land on which the house is built. Land ownership is primarily reserved for Thai nationals. Only on very, very, very rare occasions can a non-Thai own land in Thailand.
@@tookay5 having thai nominee shareholders of a company in Thailand is illegal, although many foreigners seem to be under the impression it's okay since there have been only minor crackdowns on this practice (several cases were brought recently in Koh Samui and Phuket). But, it's still illegal.
