Came to say how happy I am to see people still making dish towels.

Ooh, so visually appealing! I love texture. I am thinking to try this stitch as a fingertip/tea towel... Definitely on the project list! Thank you!

Thank you Sarah! I have seen this stitch combo before for a cowl or scarf if I remember correctly, but it is lovely as a wash cloth too. I never would have thought of that, but it makes sense, not only is it very pretty, but it gives it a nice soft texture.

Think this stitch would look great as a chunky blanket, all cosy for the winter months upfront of a log fire.xxx

I love this dishcloth. I just started making it. Thx so much for the tutorial & all the others u post as well. I get excited whenever I see u have posted a new tutorial. Also I have a question. So I love Pima cotton, from experience do u know of any other cotton that's got the same feel as Pima does? I've tried many but always go back to Pima cuz all the ones I've tried are rough & not the same or even similar.

Pretty. Is there a way to make it tighter? It seems to have a lot of holes/loose

Try a smaller hook size, not too small or it would be hard to work with. It will be more dense. ☺

You cab try doing HDC or SCs and see how that looks!

  • @kaylaglass1195

At the end do I chain one and then HDC or do I go straight into it? You never show what you're doing at the end.
